“Seek Yahweh while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him. Turn to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”

Isaiah 55: 6-7

What was the Star of Bethlehem?

Many of you know who Andrew Gabriel Roth is, because he wrote the Aramaic English New Testament. Soon, another edition of the AENT will be coming out. When it’s available, I’ll let you know.

Andrew is a scholar. He’s fluent in English, Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic. He’s well qualified to translate the Scriptures, but he has other interests, too. One of them is understanding the facts related to the Star of Bethlehem. In two YouTube videos, Andrew laid out his findings.

Tis the season to understand something that people have wondered about for two millennia. What was the Star of Bethlehem, and what were the exact dates associated with it? In the videos below, Andrew answers those questions.

In “Star of Bethlehem: Part 2”, Andrew provides a detailed explanation about how he determined the Messiah’s date of birth. It’s the most detailed and convincing explanation I’ve seen relating to the Messiah’s birthday. If anyone wants to challenge Andrew’s analysis or his conclusions, he’ll have a tough row to hoe.

The Messiah was born on the night of Friday September 13, 5 BC. It was the first day of Sukkot (a.k.a., the Feast of Tabernacles). It was a Sabbath day.

Watch the 2 videos. They contain lots of information that should interest you.

Enjoy, and I hope you will share this information with your friends. It’s easy to do, and it will make a great Christmas present at no cost to you.

“I am the good shepherd. I know My sheep and My sheep know Me — just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father — and I lay down My life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also. They too will listen to My voice, and there shall be one flock and one Shepherd. The reason My Father loves Me is that I lay down My life — only to take it up again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from My Father.”

John 10: 14-18
