We Are Moving into an Age of Totalitarianism

It’s Not About the Climate or Climate Change
The climate agreement discussed in the article is not really about the climate or climate change or hardships brought about by climate fluctuations. It’s about globalizing government. Climate and climate change are flimsy excuses, but they are perfect excuses from the globalist perspective. The climate changes so slowly over time that change in any direction is barely recognizable during almost anyone’s lifetime except under extraordinary circumstances: Things like a sudden global flood or a huge asteroid hitting Earth.
Don’t Question the “Science”
So-called “climate experts” can tell us anything they want, and they can count on ordinary people not challenging their assumptions or their conclusions. Government leaders tell us to trust the experts. That enables them to move in any direction they choose, because they pay the experts to produce findings that they want to see. Anyone who dares to question “climate experts'” assumptions and conclusions is marginalized, called a “climate change denier,” and ostracized.
Go Along to Get Along Becomes the Order of the Day
Under those circumstances, most people do what most people always do when they experience social pressure. They go along to get along, and in a few years, whatever government leaders want to accomplish becomes reality. Once whatever government leaders want to establish is in place, it becomes a permanent fixture, and reversing course requires monumental effort and maybe war.
It’s a Global Welfare System
In reality, the agreement discussed in the article is the beginning of a global welfare system like nothing we have seen before, and we know what welfare systems accomplish. They keep most people in bondage, because people can get by on government handouts. The fact that they are dependent of government for survival is not an issue for many if not most welfare recipients. Going along to get along becomes the order of the day.
An Example: The Sahara Desert
The Sahara Desert is roughly 3.552 million square miles in size. That’s roughly equivalent to the size of the contiguous United States.
The Sahara Desert used to be lush and fertile, but according to climate scientists, the Sahara Desert started forming when monsoons in North Africa were weakened because of glaciation during the Quaternary period 2 or 3 million years ago.
Under an agreement like the one discussed in the article, people living in countries in the Sahara Desert would have been receiving welfare payments from the working class for more than 1 million years already if they would simply agree to stay put instead of moving to fertile regions where they could prosper.
There are Many Examples
There are many more examples like the Sahara, some large and some small. In fact, there are so many examples that I can’t count all of them. Every example provides an excuse for raising more welfare money. In a matter of time, our tax rate to support welfare payments for climate change will approach 100%, and we will need welfare to survive, too. Eventually, most people alive will be on welfare. Government funded subsidence living will become the norm.
Only Government Leaders and Their Operatives Will Do Well
Government leaders and their operatives are the only people who will do well under circumstances like this. They will become the rulers or lords, and everyone else will be a serf. We’ve seen this before in world history, and we know how it works. In truth, it’s a move backwards to the medieval period, but unlike the medieval period, there will be only one empire. The rulers and lords will protect us by preventing competing empires from forming.
