The United States Department of Justice is making a Mockery of Justice in the United States

I will not rehash every example of injustice done to Donald Trump by the United States Department of Justice while he was president, but I will name a few of them to make my point. They are in no particular order:

1. While he was FBI Director, James Comey lied repeatedly and publicly about President Trump. He even wrote a lie-filled book about the president after he was fired. The lies were patently obvious, but the media covered Comey and his book like he was a knight in shining armor who was trying to save our Democracy. In truth, he was doing everything in his power to undermine our Democracy.
2. Higher-ups in the DOJ and the FBI engaged in a campaign to prevent Trump from being elected, and after he was elected, they took actions inside the DOJ and the FBI to make it difficult for the president to do his job. In Washington, it’s called “slow walking.” It simply means that things the president wanted to do were purposely delayed. Assignments that should have taken days at most to complete took weeks or months to complete instead.
3. Working hand-in-hand with Democrats in Congress, the DOJ and the FBI enabled Adam Schiff and other Democrats to sell their “Russia collusion” narrative to the American people. When the facts were finally revealed following Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s lengthy investigation, it was evident that their narrative had been a lie from the get-go. There was no Russia collusion. That charge was pure fiction. Tragically, no one in the mainstream media was honest enough to investigate the matter independently and reveal the facts, and after the facts were revealed, no one in the mainstream media investigated the culprits who manufactured and disseminated the false narrative. In fact, the DOJ and the FBI were in bed with the Democrat Party. They were trying to take down a sitting president by lying to the American people. Ironically, while Mueller could find no evidence of Russia collusion, he left open the obstruction of justice charge leveled against the president for defending himself against the blatantly false Russia collusion charge.
4. No one in his right mind can say that the 2020 presidential election was normal. I have participated in presidential elections in the United States for more than 50 years. Not once in all those years did we have a nationwide shutdown in vote counting in all 50 states simultaneously. Before the shutdown started, Trump was leading in most states by big margins. When the shutdown ended, Biden had the lead in most states. It was as though the lights went out suddenly, and when they came on again, everything had changed. People who think that nothing nefarious happened in that dark interlude are blind to reality. Since the election, the DOJ and the media have done everything they can to prevent a serious investigation that would reveal the facts about the election. They have resorted to ridiculing and marginalizing anyone who even suggests that something sinister took place. That’s the kind of thing we have come to expect from people who know that if the facts are exposed, their dirty deeds will be exposed as well.

People who believe the 2020 presidential election was fair remind me of people who believed the findings of the Warren Commission that investigated John Kennedy’s assassination. The Warren Commission concluded that a single copper-jacketed lead-core bullet passed through Kennedy’s skull and neck, Texas Governor Connally’s chest and right wrist, and lodged in Connally’s left thigh. To traverse that path, the bullet had to make several abrupt turns as it passed through Kennedy’s back brace, 15 layers of clothing, 7 layers of skin, 15 inches of muscle tissue, one of Connally’s ribs, and his radius bone. Miraculously, the bullet was found in pristine condition on Connally’s gurney in Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. That conclusion defies logic, common sense, and science. It is absolutely ridiculous, but our government continues to sell it to this day. Anyone who questioned that conclusion was subjected to ridicule and marginalization. As I said, it is a familiar pattern of behavior from people who are selling a lie.

While the DOJ and the media worked tirelessly to undermine President Trump for four years, they completely ignored the illegal activities of Joe and Hunter Biden. Hunter’s laptop computer is a treasure trove of incriminating evidence that could have and should have sent both of them to prison. The Democrat Party, its lackeys in the media, and the DOJ protected Joe hoping that he would defeat President Trump. Democrats, the DOJ, and the media won. The American people lost big time.

Biden’s chickens haven’t even hatched yet, much less come home to roost. The cost of his incompetence and stupidity is going to be breathtaking.

Lately, Biden has started referring to people who reject the Democrat Party, its agenda, and its narrative as “domestic terrorists” or words to that effect. Never mind the fact that mayors in Democrat-run cities in Democrat-run states allowed real domestic terrorists to loot, burn, and kill with impunity while Donald Trump was president. Biden did not regard those actions as terrorism, because they were aligned perfectly with the Democrat Party’s agenda and its narrative.

Now, Vice President Kamala Harris has joined the chorus. She wants to clamp down on “domestic terrorists,” although she carefully avoids using the word “terrorist.” Instead, she makes reference to the Constitution and her obligation to protect the United States “against all enemies, foreign and domestic — and we don’t compare the two.” See “Kamala Harris warns domestic threats to democracy are harming America at home and abroad”.

In essence, Harris believes that challenging the Democrat Party’s orthodoxy is tantamount to being an enemy of the state. That’s a euphemism for “terrorism.” Applying her logic leaves many of our most cherished constitutionally protected freedoms in jeopardy, including the freedom of speech, the freedom to protest, the freedom of the press, and the freedom of association. If we travel down that road too far, eventually all our freedoms will become targets, including the freedom of religion.

Then Came the Mar-a-Lago Resort Raid

Since President Trump left office, the DOJ and the media have continued to hound him relentlessly. They are afraid that Trump will be elected again in 2024. They should be afraid, because that is a distinct possibility.

The latest incident was a raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort to confiscate documents that the president had in his possession. The feds went in with guns drawn, including automatic weapons, and they released photos of classified documents strewn on the floor in the president’s residence in a haphazard manner.

It was made for television theatrics on the feds’ part. Anyone who has ever been inside a Trump facility knows that he has immaculate taste. Nothing at a Trump facility is done in a haphazard manner. Those photos were contrived to promote the feds’ narrative. That’s the same tactic the feds used to promote the Russia collusion narrative until the facts completely destroyed that narrative.

The feds with their media lapdogs in tow are trying to sell another narrative to the American people now in hopes of keeping Donald Trump from running for president again. They are willing to undermine our Constitution and our democracy to prevent that from happening. Why?

Occam’s razor suggests that the simplest answer is probably the correct answer. It looks like the feds, the mainstream media, and the Democrat Party have something to hide, and they are afraid that Donald Trump will expose their criminal activity if he is elected president again.

The American people need to know the truth about their government, the media, and the Democrat Party. Donald Trump is not afraid to find the truth and tell it.

President Trump demanded the appointment of a special master to investigate the Mar-a-Lago incident, and a federal judge agreed with him. In response, the DOJ said that appointing a special master could “irreparably injure” the DOJ’s case.

That’s ridiculous. Taking time to get the facts straight can’t hurt anyone, unless the so-called “evidence” against the president is contrived.

We’ve been down this road with the DOJ and the FBI before, and we know where it led. Trump was exonerated, and the feds’ evil deeds were exposed. Problem is, nothing was done about it. The guilty parties are continuing to pursue their vendetta against President Trump and anyone who supports him.

We Want the Truth

The United States Department of Justice is making a mockery of justice in the United States. About that fact, I am certain. I am also certain that there exists an anti-Trump bias (you could even call it a “mania”) in the DOJ, the media, and the Democrat Party. Anyone should be able to see it, because it is so blatantly obvious.

If treating Trump fairly hurts the DOJ’s case, then the case must be weak, or the DOJ has no case. It could be that the DOJ is just grandstanding. Don’t discount that possibility. The feds have done it before.

I do not know all the facts in any of the cases against President Trump or people who have worked closely with him, but I do know that mountains of hard evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, have been completely ignored by the same people at the DOJ who are dogging President Trump with trumped up charges. I also know that the mainstream media is in cahoots with the Democrat Party and the DOJ where the Biden’s are concerned. That undermines our Democracy in ways that are almost impossible to imagine, and it points to the fact that the DOJ, the mainstream media, and the Democrat Party are rotten to the core.

Most Americans are beginning to believe that our government is totally untrustworthy and unreliable. The wackos on the political left in the U.S. are celebrating right now, because the feds and the media are leaning heavily in their direction. But things change. When they change, the wackos on the political left may wish they had been wise enough to demand real justice while it could have been had.

Injustice hurts everyone, even people who think they are reaping political advantages from it.

Personally, I fear that my country has passed the point of no return. I think we are heading for tyranny globally and domestically. If we are afraid to pursue the truth and tell it, that’s exactly what will happen.

A Perfect Example of What is Taking Place Right Now

Steve Bannon is a former advisor to President Trump. A few days ago, his home was raided by the FBI, and he was charged with criminal fraud. The fact that he was charged with a crime got a lot of attention, but charges don’t necessarily lead to trials much less guilty verdicts. That doesn’t matter, though. The charge itself becomes part of the narrative. Bannon said that 35 other Trump supporters’ homes were raided on the same day that he was arraigned. All those raids are now part of the narrative. Later, that narrative will stick even if the charges are dropped and/or there are no guilty verdicts. That is misuse of the DOJ and the FBI, but it happens. That is why I said that the DOJ is making a mockery of justice in the United States. We also have serious problems with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Democrats recently passed legislation that will result in 87,000 new IRS agents being hired to audit taxpayers. While he was president, Barack Obama weaponized the IRS to attack his political opponents most of whom were conservative groups and individuals. That got a lot of attention, but nothing was done about it. I believe Joe Biden is trying to do the same thing with an enlarged army of IRS auditors. The entire U.S. government (that includes the DOJ, the FBI, and the IRS) is being used to silence and/or punish people who do not buy into the “liberal progressive” orthodoxy of the Democrat Party. Slowly but surely, the freedoms we enjoy as U.S. citizens are being removed. So far, those responsible for it in the DOJ, the FBI, and the IRS have encountered very little resistance. If we continue to move in this direction, at some point we may see something like the thought police in China. Their job is to make sure that all Chinese people think correctly. In other words, we could see “government approved” ways of thinking. Those who reject it will experience the wrath of the DOJ, the FBI, and the IRS. Some of our fellow citizens, at this point maybe most of them, don’t believe that could happen in the United States. It can happen here, and given the trajectory we are on as a nation, it probably will happen here unless we stand up to protect our rights. The problem with losing our freedoms is that getting them back once they are gone is almost impossible without a civil war. “Liberal progressives” in Congress know that, and they are busily preparing the U.S. military for a day when it may be called upon to force their will on us even if our freedoms have constitutional protection.
