“Seek Yahweh while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him. Turn to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”

The Whole World is Indebted to the Jewish People

See “FBI identifies hostage-taker at Texas synagogue”:

The FBI on Sunday identified Malik Faisal Akram, a 44-year-old British national, as the man who held four people hostage at a Texas synagogue in an hours-long standoff Saturday before a rescue team entered the building and killed the suspect.

An FBI Hostage Rescue Team killed Akram after the hostages were released around 9 p.m. local time, the agency said. Crime scene investigators at the Beth Israel Congregation in Colleyville, Texas — about 15 miles from Fort Worth — recovered one firearm they believe belonged to Akram, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives told CNN.

“Prayers answered. All hostages are out alive and safe,” Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted about 20 minutes after a large bang and gunfire were heard in the direction of the synagogue.

[…]

In a statement to CNN, Cytron-Walker described the ordeal as a “traumatic experience.” He said that he and the other hostages are alive today due to the multiple security courses his congregation has taken over the years.

“Without the instruction we received, we would not have been prepared to act and flee when the situation presented itself,” Cytron-Walker said. “I encourage all Jewish congregations, religious groups, schools, and others to participate in active-shooter and security courses.”

It’s disgraceful that Jewish people have to fear for their lives because of their heritage. It’s shameful that people who are worshipping Yahweh in their synagogues have to take training courses, so they will be prepared when a religious zealot or an anti-Semitic halfwit wants to go out in a blaze of “glory” by taking a few Jews with him.

The Fort Worth, Texas area is about as comfortable a place as there is in America for Jewish people. The hostage taker in this instance was Malik Faisal Akram, a 44-year-old British national. The article above did not say that Akram was a Muslim, but you can bet your house that he was. Over the decades, Britain has imported Muslims from all of the world, and many of them are being radicalized right now. I’ll be shocked if we discover that Akram was not part of a mosque where Jew- and Israel-hatred has reached a fever pitch.

At this point, why Akram traveled to Texas to do his dirty deeds is an unanswered question. He could have joined his brothers and sisters in England if he had wanted. Maybe he saw himself as an Islamic evangelist scouting out new territory to hunt down and murder Jews in an attempt to hasten the final judgement. For more details about Akram, see:

The U.S. borders are as porous as a sieve. Putting Joe Biden in charge of controlling the flow of people into the U.S. is like putting Al Capone in charge of crime in Chicago, Bill Clinton in charge of sexual assault, and John Kerry in charge of the Iran nuclear deal.

Killing Jews is firmly rooted in the Quran. See “Egyptian minister quotes Koran verse on killing Jews”:

Egypt’s minister of religious endowments in an interview quoted a verse from the Koran about killing Jews.

The interview with Talaat Mohamed Afifi Salem was aired last month on Sada Al-Balad TV on March 14, according to Washington, D.C.-based Middle East Media Research Institute.

Asked by the interviewer whether he would “visit Israel with a Palestinian visa,” the minister said: “This is premature. Let’s wait until it happens. However, we hope that the words of the Prophet Muhammad will be fulfilled: Judgment Day will not come before the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Jews will hide behind the rocks and the trees, but the rocks and the trees will say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him — except for the gharqad tree, which is one of the trees of the Jews.”

Wherever Muslims gather in large numbers, increasing anti-Semitism is not far behind. I’ll bet that the size of the Muslim population in the Fort Worth area has reached a tipping point, but that isn’t the crux of the matter. The issue is that Jewish people are confronting an increasingly anti-Semitic world. In the Middle East, millions of Muslims still call for Israel’s destruction. Anti-Semitism in Europe is the stuff of legend, and it’s on the rise again now. See “The 9th of Av is an Important Date on Yahweh’s Calendar”.

Talaat Mohamed Afifi Salem, the Egyptian quoted in the article above, was quoting the Quran when he said, “Judgment Day will not come before the Muslims fight the Jews, and the Jews will hide behind the rocks and the trees, but the rocks and the trees will say: Oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him — except for the gharqad tree, which is one of the trees of the Jews.”

Salem is a professor at Al Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. From August 2012 to July 2013, he served as Egypt’s minister of religious endowments and was part of the Qandil Cabinet. He’s not just another Tom, Dick, or Harry in Islamic scholarly circles. He’s a leader.

Jews have been under attack since Judah was born. Yahweh said that the Messiah would come from Judah’s descendants, and He did. Satan knew that killing Jews was a way to prevent the Messiah from being born. He failed.

Yahweh’s enemies failed, too, and Judah prospered under Kings David and Solomon and a few others. Eventually, Herod became king. When he learned from the wise men that the Messiah had been born in Bethlehem, he ordered the murder of every male child in the village under the age of 2. His goal was to eliminate the Messiah as a young boy. Herod was an evil man. Satan used him, but he failed, as well. Yahweh protected the Messiah.

According to Yahweh, all of Abraham’s descendants through Isaac and Jacob are blessings to the world, but Jewish people, direct descendants of Judah, are special. The Messiah came from Judah’s line, and so have advances in music, art, literature, medicine, science, and every other facet of everyday human life.

It’s no surprise that in the early days of Islam, Jewish physicians treated the caliphs and their families. Jews were developing real science during a time when witchdoctors were the norm. Jews were different, because they applied Yahweh’s principles that were laid out in the Torah to the world around them. Hence, they lived longer and healthier lives.

In the 1300s, the Black Death (a.k.a, the bubonic plague pandemic) killed between 75 million and 200 million people in Afro-Eurasia. People who lived through it noticed that Jewish communities didn’t suffer nearly as much from the pandemic as other communities did, and they concluded that Jews must have been practicing “black magic”. That inspired pogroms against Jewish people all over Europe. Little did their attackers know that Jewish people were simply applying principles that Yahweh laid out in the Torah. Anyone could have done it, but Jewish people actually did it.

Fact is many developments that Arabs have been given credit for, things like algebra, actually came from Jews who were living in exile in Arab countries. They were the scholars and teachers who taught the Arabs, and Arab nations progressed as they applied what they were taught by Jews.

In the medieval period while Europe was ruled by aristocratic landholders (the landed gentry), Jews were prohibited from owning land. Because of their heritage, they were forced to make their livings in cities where they became merchants, bankers, jewelers, teachers, musicians, college professors, lawyers, doctors, and artisans of all sorts. When times changed and the aristocratic system started to fail, Jews in the cities who had prospered bailed out the landed gentry. That contributed to even more Jew-hatred in Europe among the upper classes. Vestiges of it still remain today. The Labour Party in the United Kingdom is a good example. In the 1920s and 1930s, Adolf Hitler used Jewish prosperity and Jew-hatred among German people to advance his agenda. He blamed Jews for Germany’s loss of World War I and claimed that Jews were so rich and powerful that they could control the destiny of Europe and the rest of the world. In Germany, it was an easy sell. In much of Europe today, it continues to be an easy sell — even in Great Britain, England in particular.

In the United States today, you hear the same rhetoric coming from people like Louis Farrakhan, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib to name just a few of the more prominent Jew-haters in America. That same rhetoric comes from members of the Ku Klux Klan. It is idiotic, but it works among ignorant, undereducated anti-Semites. Someone should tell the KKK leadership that they have a lot in common with Louis Farrakhan, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib. That would be interesting to watch.

The whole world is indebted to the Jewish people. We owe them a thank you for all they have done for us. Instead, they have been and are being attacked. Satan is clever. He knows how to use people, and he’s still trying to destroy the Jews.

Why?

Talaat Mohamed Afifi Salem was onto something when he said that the final judgment won’t happen until it’s Jews against the world. That’s what Yahweh said:

The burden of the word of Yahweh concerning Israel. Thus declares Yahweh who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him, “Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it. In that day,” declares Yahweh, “I will strike every horse with bewilderment and his rider with madness. But I will watch over the house of Judah, while I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, ‘A strong support for us are the inhabitants of Jerusalem through Yahweh Sabaoth, their Elohim.’”

“In that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot among pieces of wood and a flaming torch among sheaves, so they will consume on the right hand and on the left all the surrounding peoples, while the inhabitants of Jerusalem again dwell on their own sites in Jerusalem. Yahweh also will save the tents of Judah first, so that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem will not be magnified above Judah. In that day, Yahweh will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the one who is feeble among them in that day will be like David, and the house of David will be like Elohim, like the Angel of Yahweh [Yahweh] before them. And in that day, I will set about to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.”

“I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me [the Messiah/Yahweh] whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him [the Messiah/Yahweh], as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him [the Messiah/Yahweh] like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.”

“In that day there will be great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the plain of Megiddo. The land will mourn, every family by itself; the family of the house of David by itself and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Levi by itself and their wives by themselves; the family of the Shimeites by itself and their wives by themselves; all the families that remain, every family by itself and their wives by themselves.” (Zechariah 12: 1-14)

Get ready. That day is coming. It’s probably a lot closer than you think.

“I am the good shepherd. I know My sheep and My sheep know Me — just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father — and I lay down My life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also. They too will listen to My voice, and there shall be one flock and one Shepherd. The reason My Father loves Me is that I lay down My life — only to take it up again. No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of My own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from My Father.”

John 10: 14-18
