COVID Hysteria: Somebody is Lying
Schools aren’t opening following Christmas break and many businesses are doing the same thing. Why? The Omicron variant. See “Omicron upends return to US schools and workplaces”.
The Biden administration mandates COVID vaccinations for military personnel. Navy Seals challenge the mandate in court and win. See “Judge blocks Navy vaccine policy for legal challengers citing religious objections”.
The Omicron variant is raging in the U.S. President Biden will address the American people about it. See “Biden to address American public on omicron variant as COVID cases soar”.
No one seems to know for sure what the Omicron variant does to the human body. See “Virus leaves antibodies that may attack healthy tissues; B cell antibodies weakened, not defeated by Omicron”.
A new COVID variant has been discovered in France that is even more infectious than the Omicron variant. “New Covid-19 variant ‘IHU’ discovered in France, is more infectious than Omicron”.
So much for the news. Network news programs are loaded with stories like these, but they are not covering all the news.
On Friday December 31, 2021, several college bowl games were played. The stands were packed. Nearly 100,000 people were gathered together to watch each of the games. No one wore a mask. There was no social distancing. There was lots of yelling, dancing, and kissing. No one said a word about the Omicron variant. So far, there have been no serious problems in the cities where those games were played.
On Saturday January 1, 2022, several more college bowl games were played. The stands were packed. Nearly 100,000 people were gathered together to watch each of the games. No one wore a mask. There was no social distancing. There was lots of yelling, dancing, and kissing. No one said a word about the Omicron variant. So far, there have been no serious problems in the cities where those games were played.
On Sunday January 2, 2022, several professional football games were played. The stands were packed. Nearly 100,000 people were gathered together to watch each of the games. No one wore a mask. There was no social distancing. There was lots of yelling, dancing, and kissing. No one said a word about the Omicron variant. So far, there have been no serious problems in the cities where those games were played.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio says that the talk about the Omicron variant surge is “irrational hysteria”. See “GOP senator calls Omicron surge ‘irrational hysteria.’ See Fauci’s response”.
We are being fed a steady diet of lies and “hysteria” by the powers that be in government and the media, but we have good evidence that our government officials are being disingenuous and that the media is selling the government narrative when it suits them. Why have none of the network media types pointed out that all those college and pro football games were played before packed stadiums where none of the COVID protocols were followed and that there have been no negative consequences?
I mentioned the games played on December 31, 2021, January 1, 2022, and January 2, 2022, but college and pro football seasons are coming to an end. None of the COVID protocols have been followed at any of the college and pro football games all season long, and no one has reported on any negative consequences.
The Obvious Conclusion
Somebody is lying.
At what point will the American people stand up and tell their government officials that they know they are being lied to? Will the media ever do its job?
