Pelosi Slams “Attitude of Lawlessness”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi blasted an “attitude of lawlessness” across the country Wednesday, decrying a recent surge in smash-and-grab crimes – particularly in her hometown of San Francisco – but refusing to admit it stems from police funding cuts and bail reform measures pushed by left-wing lawmakers.
“It’s absolutely outrageous,” Pelosi (D-Calif.) said when asked about the crime spike. “Obviously, it cannot continue. But the fact [is] that there is an attitude of lawlessness in our country that springs from I don’t know where … and we cannot have that lawlessness become the norm.”
“It must be stopped, and it’s not just San Francisco,” Pelosi emphasized. “It’s in our entire country.”
Obviously, the smash-and-grab attacks in California malls got Nancy Pelosi’s attention. Ironically, the rioting, looting, burning, and killing didn’t attract her attention. Neither did calls by Maxine Waters and other California Democrats for their followers to get in Republicans faces anywhere they see them.
Like most Democrats, Pelosi doesn’t understand that she and her party are the Party of Lawlessness. It’s the Party of Perversity and the Party of Permissiveness, too. It’s a deadly trifecta.
Democrats brought this problem on themselves. Things in San Francisco where Pelosi lives have been really bad for a long time. She must have missed the homeless hordes, the human feces on the sidewalks, the calls from business owners in downtown San Francisco to clean up the mess, and the masses of people fleeing her city and her state.

The number of people moving to California has significantly dropped since the pandemic started last year, while the number of people fleeing the state continues to rise, according to a new study.
“I guess I was a little bit surprised to see that entrances had fallen so much. It wasn’t so much that we saw it in a particular area. For me, the surprise was that this was a statewide phenomenon,” co-author of the study from California Police Lab, Evan White, told KCRA.

The Bay Area, once a magnet for newcomers, saw the steepest decline of any region in California in the number of people moving to its counties, according to a new report released Wednesday that shows the pandemic has had a dramatic impact on where people are choosing to live.
Not only did fewer people migrate into the state, but Bay Area residents are some of the only ones in the state continuing to pack up and move — and they now make up an even larger share of those saying goodbye to the Golden State than before the pandemic.
If you look at the lawlessness that Pelosi is so concerned about now, you will discover that it is almost entirely taking place in Democrat-run cities in Democrat-run states. That’s not a coincidence. In the Bible, it’s called “reaping what you sow”, but like Democrats are prone to do, Pelosi wants to lay the blame on the whole country. That’s called “denial”.
I’m reminded of the scene below in the movie No Country for Old Men:
The rest of the country needs to take California’s problems seriously, because people are leaving the Golden State by the millions and invading our states. Let’s hope and pray that they leave their California state of mind behind. If they don’t, other states will experience the same problems California has.
