Gen. Milley is an Obama General

America’s top general is apologizing for appearing in a photo-op with President Donald Trump after the forceful dispersal of protesters outside the White House last week, saying the move was a “mistake.”

Gen. Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff also said that he was “outraged” by the killing of George Floyd and added that the protests it sparked spoke to “centuries of injustice toward African Americans.”

Minnesota Democrats Have George Floyd’s Blood on Their Hands

I saw the video of George Floyd’s murder by a Minneapolis, Minnesota police officer. I was outraged, too. Every decent American was sincerely outraged. It wasn’t the fake outrage that results in burning and looting and killing innocent cops.  That’s a crime spree.

This question keeps lingering in my mind: How did a rogue cop survive and thrive in one of the most “liberal progressive” cities in our country?

Political leaders in the State of Minnesota and the City of Minneapolis have blood on their hands, George Floyd’s blood.  All of them are Democrats.

Gen. Milley is No Gen. Patton

Gen. Milley is no Gen. George Patton. He’s not Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, either.  He wasn’t participating in a political stunt.  He was at St. John’s Episcopal Church as a commanding general representing the American people.  He was there to stand for law and order.  That’s something the American people have every right to demand and expect.

It Wasn’t Just a “Photo-Op”

President Trump wasn’t taking a casual stroll in Lafayette Park for a “photo-op”. He was sending a strong message to the American people and to the criminals roaming our streets looking for things to steal, buildings to burn, and people to injure or kill.

The night before, criminals had been on a rampage in our nation’s capital. They had attempted to burn down St. John’s Church, a.k.a., “the church of presidents”. President Trump’s message to the nation was loud and clear:

1. Enough is enough.
2. He will not tolerate senseless criminal activity under the guise of “peaceful protest”.
3. Law and order will prevail.

Milley didn’t get it.  It’s too bad he’s not an astute man. He’s not alone. From the looks of things, the DOD at the top is loaded with people like Milley.

Gen. Milley, Where Were You?

We did not learn that the DOD had run out of ammunition until President Trump told us. That happened under President Obama’s watch.

While Obama was president, Gen. Milley served in these capacities:

• November 2011-December 2012: Commander of the 10th Mountain Division.
• 2012-2014: Commanding General of III Corps.
• 2014-2015: Commanding General of United States Army Forces Command.
• August 14, 2015: Chief of Staff of the United States Army.

Our military ran out of bullets under Gen. Milley’s watch.  He had more than 5 years to address the problem publicly, but he didn’t say a word.  He knew about it, but he kept his mouth shut.  That’s dereliction of duty.

Milley waited until President Trump took a public stand against lawlessness in the streets of our major cities to publicly announce his displeasure with anything.  President Trump made clear that law and order will prevail, especially in our nation’s capital. Milley apologized for being a part of it. That fact speaks volumes about Gen. Milley.

Of course, the U.S. military has a role to play.  So does the DOJ.  Attorney General Barr was there.  He made no apology.  The FBI has a role to play, too.  FBI Director Wray was conspicuously absent.

The American people are just beginning to learn what draining the swamp means.

The DOD Needs an Overhaul at the Top

With each passing day, I become more convinced that the DOD at the general staff level is a serious threat to the safety and security of your nation. Gen. Milley and many other military leaders need to go.

While Obama was president, we kept getting the word that military leaders had to kowtow to Obama to be promoted up through the ranks.  Obviously, the word we were getting was accurate.  Gen. Milley is an Obama general.

Obama Emasculated Our Military

I’ll give Obama credit for this much: He emasculated a lot of top people in our military. Gen. Patton would be ashamed of them. I know I am.

Gen. Milley was a mistake.  President Trump did not realize how weak our military had become, and he gave the generals and admirals too much credit.  He won’t make that mistake again.  Expect a housecleaning at the DOD’s general staff level during the president’s second term.
