“Seek Yahweh while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him. Turn to our Elohim, for He will abundantly pardon.”

Democrats are Destroying Our Cities

Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic was an eyeopener for city dwellers in the U.S. They were locked down and told what to do. It was like living in internment camps.

At first, New York City was the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. Governor Andrew Cuomo took to the airwaves daily to blame President Trump for the virus. A few days earlier, he was calling the president a xenophobe for banning air travel from China where the pandemic started.

The Democrat-run media in New York portrayed Governor Cuomo as a knight in shining armor as he ordered nursing homes in the state to admit coronavirus patients. He put the already vulnerable residents at even greater risk. Nursing home deaths in New York surged while the hospital ship that President Trump sent to New York City to help deal with the problem was practically unused.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio mocked President Trump for taking swift action to address the pandemic. He laughed as he urged New Yorkers to carry on with life as usual.

“Go to the movies,” he said.

“Go to plays,” he advised.

“Play in the parks,” he counseled.

“Go out to eat,” he directed.

A few days later,  New York City experienced massive outbreaks of Covid-19. Mayor de Blasio blamed President Trump.

Other U.S. cities like Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles are problems, too, but New York City takes the cake.

George Floyd’s Death

George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis, Minnesota was the tipping point. He was killed by a white cop that Democrat prosecutors had refused to charge with crimes for years even though he had a record of abuse.

A rogue cop in a Democrat-run city in a Democrat-run state inspired looting, burning, and killing in Democrat-run cities all across America. Democrat elected officials practically gave rioters the keys to their cities, and they mercilessly attacked President Trump for stepping in to protect federal property.

Adding fuel to the fires, Democrat elected officials in U.S. cities moved to defund police departments. That has precipitated a wave of police resignations across our country.

You can’t blame police officers for wanting out. They are putting their lives at risk to protect and serve while they are being made scapegoats for the failed policies of Democrat elected officials.

Democrat Craziness has Launched a Mass Exodus from U.S. Cities

The flight from U.S. cities started long before the Covid-19 pandemic and rioting in the streets, but the exodus picked up a heard of steam thanks to the recent double whammy of disease and mayhem.

April 19, 2020—“America’s Biggest Cities Were Already Losing Their Allure…”:

Even before the coronavirus, Nina Brajovic wasn’t so sure about her life in New York. As a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, she spent most weeks out of town traveling for work. She often wondered whether she could do her same job for cheaper — and more easily — while based in her hometown, Pittsburgh.

Over the past month, she has gotten a sneak peek of that life, moving back in with her parents to avoid the wall-to-wall density of New York and working out of her childhood bedroom. She is now savoring life’s slowness, eating her father’s soup and watching movies on an L-shaped couch with her mom.

“Part of it feels like, why am I even living in New York?” said Ms. Brajovic, 24, who pays $1,860 in rent each month for her share of an apartment with two roommates in Manhattan. “Why am I always paying all of this rent?”

With her lease up for renewal, she is contemplating whether to make the move more permanent.

“I have no idea what I am going to do,” said Ms. Brajovic. “But it is a thought in my mind: the potential of not going back.”

May 1, 2020—“Get me out of here! Americans flee crowded cities amid COVID-19, consider permanent moves”:

Ben Greenzweig is itching to move his wife and three kids South, a plan that may get accelerated due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The CEO and co-founder of conference company Momentum Event Group, says he’s looking to move to either North Carolina or South Carolina from the New York City suburbs in Westchester County, for cheaper costs and bigger living space amid fears that a deep and prolonged economic slump in the state could eventually force residents to pay higher taxes.

“It would be an unbelievable escape,” Greenzweig, 42, says. He typically works from home which gives him flexibility.

“Our children’s involvement in school is the single largest tether keeping us here. If there’s a hint that school won’t resume in the fall for my kids, then the biggest reasons for us staying here, which are friendships and school activities, evaporates.”

July 5, 2020—“Americans leave large cities for suburban areas and rural towns”:

A combination of the coronavirus pandemic, economic uncertainty, and social unrest is prompting waves of Americans to move from large cities and permanently relocate to more sparsely populated areas. The trend has been accelerated by technology and shifting attitudes that make it easier than ever to work remotely. Citizens of all ages and incomes are moving in record numbers to suburban areas and small towns.

A perfect storm of factors makes the decision to leave major cities like New York very obvious. The dense nature of urban living and the lack of proper local government planning led to the coronavirus spreading five times faster in New York than the rest of the country. The city that never sleeps now resembles a ghost town in many areas after thousands of its wealthy and middle class residents fled early in the pandemic.

Democrats are Losing their Grip on Power

Major urban areas in the U.S. are Democrat strongholds and the Democrat Party’s source of strength, but Democrats are losing their grip on power. As well-off city dwellers flee, the less-well-to-do must remain, because they can’t afford to leave. Our cities have become cauldrons where hate festers and tempers boil over.

Conditions in our cities won’t improve until city residents reject Democrat leadership.

The Day of Reckoning for Democrats is rapidly approaching. Democrats have sown the wind. They are about to reap the whirlwind. HalleluYah!

“I pray…that they may all be one, even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me. The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one. I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 21-24)
