Schumer made his remarks at a pro-choice rally in front of the Supreme Court that was hosted by the Center for Reproductive Rights.
The case being considered by the Supreme Court is June Medical Services LLC v. Russo.
The Facts of the Case
June Medical Services LLC v. Russo is about a Louisiana law that requires doctors in abortion clinics to have admitting privileges at a hospital nearby so that if a woman undergoing an abortion procedure experiences complications, she can be taken to the hospital immediately.
The Louisiana law is intended to make sure that doctors who perform abortions are competent.

“This morning, Senator Schumer spoke at a rally in front of the Supreme Court while a case was being argued inside. Senator Schumer referred to two Members of the Court by name and said he wanted to tell them that “You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You will not know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.”

California has 512 abortion clinics. Putting that in perspective, there are 1,165 McDonald’s in California.
This is the ultimate irony:
California Governor Gavin Newsom wants to make euthanizing animals illegal, but he supports a thriving abortion industry.
People who have abandoned even the pretense of righteousness are spiritually blind. They see evil as good and good as evil.
