Speaking in Montgomery, Alabama, Bloomberg said that it’s the “job of law enforcement to have guns and decide when to shoot.” Of course, there are a couple of problems with that argument, starting with the Bill of Rights and the guarantee that “the people” have the right not only to keep arms to but to bear them. The Supreme Court has said that the core purpose of the Second Amendment is to protect the right of self-defense. That means Bloomberg’s on the wrong side of history and the Constitution when he proclaims that the average American should be disarmed and defenseless.
It’s Easy to See Why Michael Bloomberg is a Democrat
When Michael Bloomberg was Mayor of New York City, he was a Republican. Now, he’s a Democrat. It’s easy to understand why.
Democrats are against private citizens owning guns. “Confiscation” is a word that few Democrats like to use because it has political consequences, but gun confiscation is exactly what higher-ups in the Democrat Party have in mind.
Michael Bloomberg fits the bill.
Democrats don’t think ordinary citizens have a right to defend themselves. They don’t think unborn babies have a right to defend themselves, either. For Democrats, the expressed “right to life” in the Declaration of Independence has given way to the made-up “constitutional right” that a mother has to murder her unborn children.

Democrats think they know exactly how all of us should live, and they are determined to force us to live the way they want us to. If we resist them, Democrats think we should be imprisoned or worse.

Democrats think that people who work hard, save, and invest to improve their lives and the lives of their children are greedy and that people who sit on their butts and demand that hardworking people pay them for doing nothing are not greedy. Democrats see those bums as “social justice” warriors.

Democrats say “live and let live”, but their words and their deeds are in direct conflict. If Democrats were honest, they would tell us, “Live as I say or die.”

The Democrat Party is rotten through-and-through. I don’t like Michael Bloomberg at all, but of all the Democrats running for the presidency, I like Michael Bloomberg best.
