John Brennan and James Clapper Better Lawyer Up
See “Barr-Durham Review of Russia Probe Is Now a Criminal Investigation, CIA Officials Lawyering Up”.
I’ll be a happy camper when John Brennan and James Clapper for starters have to answer questions under oath in a venue where lying matters.
Since Clapper said that he was just following President Obama’s orders, I want to hear a lot about those orders. I also want to know what Loretta Lynch said and did. Virtually everyone in Obama’s DOJ and FBI is suspect in my book.
I also want to hear a lot about all the evidence of Russia collusion by President Trump that Brennan assured us he had seen personally. It will be impossible for him to walk away from those assertions. As a former CIA Director, he was lying to the American people and trying to unseat a sitting president. I want to know exactly where Brennan left his fingerprints. Same for Clapper.
What was Joe Biden doing while people around him were engaged in a coup attempt before President Trump was even inaugurated? Did he participate? Joe has some explaining to do.
Lying to Congress is the Norm
If you watched the confirmation hearing for Justice Brett Kavanaugh, you know that lying to the Senate doesn’t matter. If it did, Christine Blasey Ford would be in jail by now. Instead, she’s a Democrat darling.
Several Democrat Senators who are running for president are on the Senate Judiciary Committee. What they did during the Kavanaugh hearing is shameful. Thankfully, their campaigns aren’t getting any traction. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are not on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The House is worse than the Senate. Honestly, I’m embarrassed for so many House members that it scares me. They leave me shaking my head. A large number of them are just plain stupid. I can’t say it any better than that.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is a consummate liar. He’ll be asked to answer questions under oath, too. He still says that he has evidence of Russia collusion by President trump even though the president was vindicated by a hit squad that was led by Robert Mueller. Mueller’s failure to provide any evidence of Russia collusion led Schiff to go stark raving mad as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
We’re About to See and Hear the Truth
AG Barr is a serious lawyer, not a political hack like Jeff Sessions. Brennan and Clapper better lawyer up. If I were Adam Schiff, I would be thinking about lawyering up, too. So should many others in the FBI, the DOJ, the CIA, and other intelligence agencies.
The American people will be shocked when they know the unvarnished truth about what people tried to do to President Trump. It was a coup attempt, treason. The penalty for treason can be death.

It seems that people in the high places of government can get away with anything, especially lying and especially democrats. Janet Reno said she took full responsibility for the events at the Branch Davidon complex yet she was never charged with a crime. How can that be? When she admitted to a horrendous crime. When Democrats commit wrong doing they are never held accountable, why should now be any different? I will not hold my breath waiting for justice.
