Democrats will Eat Each other Alive

See “Democrats convulse over race as debate exchange reverberates”:

An impassioned argument over racism in America has boiled to the surface in an increasingly muddled Democratic presidential primary contest, triggered by an electrifying debate encounter that has reverberated across the campaign for days.

Former vice president Joe Biden, who since his April 25 entry into the presidential contest has held a consistent lead in polls, is experiencing the most unsteady period of his campaign so far in the aftermath of his heated exchange with Sen. Kamala D. Harris (D-Calif.) over his past views on school desegregation, with demands from some civil rights leaders for him to further clarify his 1970s-era opposition to mandatory busing.

Hillary’s Legacy

Hillary Clinton is an acerbic human being.  She’s as corrosive as sulfuric acid.  People who know her best like her least. That’s because they’ve seen the real Hillary, not the made-for-TV facsimile.

She was a shoo-in for the presidency.  Democrats thought Donald Trump was a joke.  Hillary would wipe the floor with him.

But Hillary lost.  The beginning of her demise was an infamous speech in which she declared that Trump’s supporters were a “basket of deplorables”.  According to Hillary, they are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, and misogynistic.

Hillary lost, but her legacy lives on.  She created the narrative that other Democrats use indiscriminately.

The Democrat Narrative is the Same Regardless of the Opponent

Today, Democrats declare that anyone who opposes their idiotic ideas is a racist or a sexist or a homophobe or a xenophobe or an Islamophobe or a misogynist.

Other Democrats don’t get a free pass.  For instance, they tell us that the current Democrat front-runner, Joe Biden, is a racist because as a senator he worked with other Democrats in the Senate who were thought to be racists.  In their view, that makes Biden a racist or at best a person who doesn’t understand racism.

It doesn’t matter who they attack or their political opponents’ bona fides.  Anyone who dares to question a Democrat is hit with the same smears.

Democrat apologists, most of whom are ignorant beyond belief, pick up those pejoratives and deploy them in ad hominem attacks on Republicans. They don’t know what those terms mean, but they parrot them incessantly.

If you want to have some fun, ask a Democrat what a xenophobe or a misogynist is.  They won’t have a clue, but those words sound good, so they use them.  They think using those words in conversation makes them look smart.

They are wrong.  It makes them look stupid.

Oops There Goes Another Boomerang

Democrats are their own worst enemies.  They are setting the stage for another humiliating defeat in 2020.  They can’t help themselves.  They regurgitate rubbish, because it’s all they have.  None of the Democrats running for president are creative enough or brave enough to change the narrative so that it makes sense.

If they did change the narrative, they would lose their base. Enter Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.  She’s as ignorant as the people who voted for her.  She is the face of the Democrat Party.

I’ll grant you that AOC is absurd, but as I said, she is the face of the Democrat Party.  When Democrats look back on the 2020 election and think about what went wrong, many of them and maybe most of them will conclude that they should have followed AOC’s lead more carefully.

Things are going to get a lot worse for Democrats.  The American people are waking up to reality.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
