Anti-Semitism is on the Rise, Jewish People Need to be Careful

See “French Jews say Officials are Reluctant to Call Out Antisemitism by Muslims”.

Governments in Western European countries have refused to confront the Islamists in their midst.  Most of them won’t even admit that they have a problem.  They have allowed Islamists to get away with murder.

Islamists don’t agree on much, but they do agree on 3 things:

  1. They hate Jewish people.
  2. They hate Israel because it’s home to so many Jewish people.
  3. Sharia law should rule the world.

Islamists v. the World

According to Sharia law, Muslims have a duty to convert, kill, or tax nonbelievers.

Women don’t fare well under Sharia law.  Take a look at the picture below.  This young Pakistani woman was stoned to death for having a cell phone.  That’s an example of Sharia law in action.

An Iranian human rights lawyer was sentenced to 148 lashes and 38 years in prison, because she represented activists who opposed the Islamist government of Iranian.  That’s Sharia law.  Either you submit quietly or you suffer the consequences.

Since 2000, 91% of terror deaths in Europe have been caused by Islamists.  At the same time, Sharia law has established footholds in one Western European country after another.  Terrorism and Sharia law go hand-in-hand.

Jewish People Need to be Careful

It’s easy to understand why French Jews are so concerned.  They are easy targets, and the French government has failed to provide the protection they need.  It’s not easy to understand why so many French Jews have chosen to remain in France.

Islamism is a problem in the U.S., too.  Anti-Semitic assaults in the U.S. doubled in 2018.  In the U.S. House of Representatives, Islamists have been made to feel at home by the Democrat Party.  Representatives Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib are shining examples of what the Democrat Party has become.  Both of them are anti-Semites.

Canada is even worse.  For the 3rd straight year, anti-Semitic attacks in Canada have set new records.

Jewish people in Europe, the U.S., and Canada, need to be careful.

If you are an Israeli Jew, you need to think twice before visiting Europe, the U.S., or Canada.  I’m not saying that you shouldn’t travel, but I am saying that you need to make sure to take reasonable precautions when you travel no matter where you go.

It’s not right and it’s not fair, but it is reality.  The situation isn’t likely to improve anytime soon.  In fact, things are going to get worse before they get better.

A big wave of anti-Semitism is sweeping the planet.  It’s gaining momentum.  So far, President Trump is the only world leader to take a stand against it, but most Jewish people in the U.S. are enthusiastic anti-Trumpers.

Go figure.

Switching Gears Ever So Slightly

I can’t understand why so many ultra-Orthodox Jews in Israel believe the State of Israel should not exist.  They oppose the Israeli government, sometimes violently, but the Israeli government provides them with protection and money to support them and their families.

Their attitude makes no sense to me.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
