Exit polls tell us that Republicans lost the House because of healthcare.
With majorities in the House and Senate and a Republican president for the past 2 years, Republicans could have passed a healthcare bill that would have addressed most people’s concerns, but they didn’t.
President Trump did everything he could to move Republicans along, but they refused to go. In a few weeks, Republicans won’t control the House. Now is the time to get the job done.
If Republicans can get a healthcare bill to the president before they lose the majority, they will have done the country a great service.
