The U.N. is Determined to Shove “Palestine” Down our Throats

I want to be clear at the outset.  There is no “Palestine”.

For starters, “Palestine” doesn’t have a currency of its own.  The U.S. dollar is used for some transactions.  The Jordanian dinar is used occasionally, too, but most buying and selling are done with the Israeli shekel.

“Palestine” has nothing that resembles a modern state.  It’s dependent on Israel and foreign donors for everything including the basics like food and healthcare.

Below is a picture of Israel.  The orange portions are called “Palestine”.  The larger section of orange on the right is the West Bank.  The smaller orange section on the left is Gaza.

The Palestinian Authority “governs” the West Bank.  Gaza is “governed” by Hamas.

The Palestinian Authority and Hamas are terrorist organizations.  When they aren’t trying to destroy Israel, they are trying to destroy each other.

The Palestinian and Hamas charters lay out their goals in crystal clear language.  By their own admission, their primary reason for being is to annihilate Israel.

The U.N. is Playing Games

See the articles below:

Palestinians win UN backing to lead developing country bloc:

The Palestinians won backing Tuesday to lead the biggest bloc of developing countries at the United Nations, raising their profile at the world body despite opposition from the United States.

The General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to grant the observer-state of Palestine temporary rights to act as chair of the Group of 77 plus China, a bloc that has grown to 134 countries at the United Nations.

A resolution drafted by Egypt was adopted by a vote of 146 to 3 with 15 abstentions. The United States, Israel and Australia were the only three countries to oppose the measure in the 193-nation assembly.

US Ambassador Nikki Haley branded the decision a “UN mistake,” recalling that the “Palestinians are not a UN member state or any state at all” and should not be granted privileges reserved for full-fledged members.

“Today’s UN mistake undermines the prospects for peace by encouraging the illusion held by some Palestinian leaders that they can advance their goals without direct peace negotiations,” said Haley in a statement.

The result came as no surprise as the G77 had agreed last month to give the Palestinians the chair and could easily garner enough support in the General Assembly to win approval for the measure.

The resolution gives the Palestinians, who take up the year-long chair in January, additional rights such as the authority to submit proposals on behalf of the G77 and request that they be put to the vote.

U.N. ups Palestinians’ Status, Makes it Head of Group of 77:

The United Nations General Assembly voted 146-3 to place the “state of Palestine” at the head of a group of 134 member nations, known as the Group of 77 and China. There were 15 abstentions.

The United Nations considers the Palestinians to be a non-member state, but grants it many of the same privileges that it would award a member state.

The G77 recognized Palestine a member state since 1976. A special vote was needed, however, to place it at the head of the group, because of Palestine’s non-member status.

The UNGA placement of Palestine at the head of the largest intergovernmental organization of developing countries, enhances the Palestinian stature at the UN, even though it does not imply any change in status.

Israel, the United States and Australia opposed the move. Among those 15 nations who abstained were: Andorra, Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, The Czech Republic, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Honduras, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia and Tuvalu.

An Israeli representative spoke against the move and warned that placing the Palestinians at the head of the group, exploited an organization that was otherwise designed to advance the agenda of developing nations.

The U.N. is determined to shove “Palestine” down our throats despite overwhelming evidence that is not a state at all and has no intentions of becoming a legitimate state.

About “Palestine”

The videos below provide information related to the so-called “Palestinian Problem”.  For the most part, what we see and read in the establishment media is wildly inaccurate.

A Prophetic Perspective

We are witnessing the development of events that were prophesied thousands of years ago.  For example, this is what Yahweh told Joel in the 800s BC:

“In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat [the Kidron Valley].  There I will put them on trial for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel, because they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.  They cast lots for my people and traded boys for prostitutes; they sold girls for wine to drink.” (Joel 3: 1-3)

This is what Yahweh told Zechariah in the 500s BC:

The burden of the word of Yahweh concerning Israel.  Thus declares Yahweh who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him, “Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah.  It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.  In that day,” declares Yahweh, “I will strike every horse with bewilderment and his rider with madness. But I will watch over the house of Judah, while I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness.  Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, ‘A strong support for us are the inhabitants of Jerusalem through Yahweh Sabaoth, their Elohim.’” (Zechariah 12: 1-5)

Yahweh has a profound interest in Israel and Jerusalem.  Israel is called the Promised Land because Yahweh promised it to Abraham’s descendants through Isaac and Jacob/Israel.  Yahweh will never to back on is word and no one can prevent Yahweh’s word from coming to pass.

Jerusalem, in particular, is important to Yahweh.  It’s the only city in the world where He said His Name will reside forever.  When Yahweh returns, He will take His seat on His throne in His Temple in Jerusalem.  That’s a promise, and He made it.  It will come to pass.

Satan Knows Yahweh’s Promises

Most of the people who are pushing for a Palestinian state have no idea that they are being used by Satan as tools to prevent Yahweh from fulfilling His promises.  Satan can’t win, but he won’t stop trying.  His days are numbered, and he knows it.

We are moving headlong toward the day that Yahweh was talking about through Joel and Zechariah.  Get ready.  It’s closer than you think.

About the Scriptures

The Scriptures are what Christians call the Old Testament and Jewish people call the Tanach.  With the exception of Revelation, the New Testament isn’t Scripture.  The authors of the New Testament said as much.  See The Trilogy for details.  Details are important.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
