Decent People Can Learn Some Lessons from Dracula
There will be difficult days ahead. President Trump won the 2016 election, but that wasn’t the end of the battle.
Democrats have opposed the president at every turn. There is no letup in sight.
Democrats tried to sabotage Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court by hook and by crook, but if all goes as planned, today he will be confirmed by the Senate. On Monday, he will take his seat on the bench.
There is still no end in sight. The battle is far from over. With the 2018 midterm elections just days away, you might even say that the battle is just beginning.
The natural human tendency is to take a break after a great victory, but that’s a mistake. If decent people take a break now, Democrats could produce a blue wave in November.
We can’t let that happen.
Lessons from Dracula
- Dracula was evil through-and-through. So are Democrats.
- Dracula was stealthy. So are Democrats.
- Dracula did his best work in the dark. So do Democrats. They can’t stand the light of day.
- Dracula preyed on naïve victims. Just like Democrats.
- Dracula could change forms and hide his true identity. So can Democrats.
- Dracula was unbeatable if ordinary weapons were used against him. So are Democrats.
- To defeat Dracula, a wooden stake had to be driven through his heart. The same is true for Democrats.
- Even though Dracula appeared to die many times, he kept returning to life for yet another movie. He was like a cancer that won’t go away. So are Democrats.
The End of the Beginning
Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation by the Senate will be a great victory, but the enemy is still alive and well. They haven’t surrendered. They will continue to fight. They will play even dirtier tricks than before. They have not yet found the depths of their depravity.
Delivering a smashing defeat to Democrats in the midterm elections will be the same as driving a wooden stake through Dracula’s heart, but that won’t eliminate the evil.
Like Dracula, Democrats will return.
We must be vigilant and determined to confront Democrats and their evil ways. Our lack of vigilance and determination enabled them to bring us to our current state of moral decay.
It took us decades to reach the depths of depravity. It will take us decades to return to a moral order.
Any hesitancy on our part will be seen by Democrats as a sign of weakness that they can exploit. Show no fear, and do the right thing.
