Shameful acts of the Catholic Church Started in the 300s AD

See “German Catholic Church Admits “Shameful” Abuse Legacy After Stats Leaked”:

The Catholic Church in Germany acknowledged a “depressing and shameful” legacy of sexual abuse on Wednesday after a leaked study said clerics had abused thousands of children over a 70-year period.

The document, commissioned by the German Bishops’ Conference, revealed that 1,670 clerics and priests had sexually abused 3,677 minors, mostly males, in the country between 1946 and 2014, Der Spiegel said.

The news magazine quoted a leaked copy of the study, which was compiled by three German universities.

Bishop of Trier Stephan Ackermann said the Church was aware of the extent of abuse demonstrated by the study’s results.

“It is depressing and shameful for us,” he said in a statement on Wednesday.

The leaked study was published on the day that Pope Francis, who has made several attempts to tackle a spreading sexual abuse crisis that has badly tarnished the Church’s image, summoned senior bishops from around the world to the Vatican to discuss the protection of minors.

The Vatican had no immediate comment on the Spiegel report.

Sex Abuses by Priests are Part of a Long Line of Abuses by the Catholic Church

Shameful Catholic abuse started in the early 300s AD when Roman Emperor Constantine decided that his church, the Catholic Church, would drop last-day sabbath, would embrace the annual Sun god festival in December, and would celebrate the fertility goddess festival in the spring.

The 4th Commandment says, “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy,” but pagans in the Roman Empire held weekly Sun god celebrations on the first day of the week: Sun Day.  Constantine decided to abandon the 4th Commandment and to impose Sun Day sabbath on his church.  It was required.

Each year, Sun god worshipers in the Roman Empire celebrated the birth of the sun on the winter solstice.  Constantine piggybacked on that tradition by imposing on his church a celebration of the Messiah’s birth on the winter solstice.  He called it “Christmas”.  Literally, it means Christ mass.

Pagans in the Roman Empire also had a yearly fertility celebration for the fertility goddess Ishtar.  Constantine piggybacked on that celebration, too.  He abandoned the Passover celebration (Pesach) that Yahweh requires and substituted Easter in its place.  He made no effort to conceal what he was doing.  Easter and Ishtar are pronounced the same way.

True Christianity and True Judaism are Identical

What we call the “Christian church” today originated as a sect of Judaism.  It was called the Sect of the Nazarenes.

Over time as more and more Gentiles became believers, Jewish believers in the Messiah became a minority in the church.  By 272 AD when Constantine was born, Jewish believers were a small minority in the church.  By 306 AD when Constantine became the Roman Emperor, Jewish people were a very small minority of Yahweh’s faithful followers. By 312 AD when Constantine created the Catholic Church, Jewish believers were such a small minority of the church that Constantine decided to impose requirements on his church to drive them out.

Jewish believers refused to accept Constantine’s decrees about Sun Day sabbath, Christmas, and Easter.  Many of them were murdered because they held firm to Yahweh’s commands.  Ironically, they were driven out of Jewish synagogues for the same reason.

This is important: Judaism is not based on Yahweh’s word.  It’s based on Halacha, or the Oral Law which is also called the traditions of the Jews.  For details, read “The Trilogy”.

Today, Christian churches all over the world, Catholic and Protestant, continue to indulge in Sun Day sabbath, Christmas, and Easter, as though it doesn’t matter.  Well, it matters to Yahweh.

No one has the authority to change anything that Yahweh said.  The sabbath is still the last day of the week, not the first day of the week.  The Messiah was born during Sukkot in the fall of the year, not on the winter solstice.  Sukkot is a mandatory celebration.  Passover is a mandatory celebration, too.  It is about the Messiah’s atoning sacrifice for our sins.  It is not a fertility celebration, and sermonizing can’t change that fact.

This year, Sukkot begins at sundown on September 23 and ends at sundown on September 30.  If you want to celebrate the Messiah’s real birthday, celebrate Sukkot.

In most Christian Bibles, Sukkot is called the Feast of Tabernacles or the Feast of Booths.  It is the time each year when Yahweh’s faithful followers are supposed to set aside their normal activities to spend time with Him the way the Children of Israel spent time with Him in the wilderness.

Things are Changing Quickly

A few days ago, an interesting development occurred.  A red heifer was born in Israel.  If you don’t know the significance of the red heifer, you have some work to do.  See “APOCALYPSE COW: First ‘red heifer’ born in Israel for 2,000 years triggers armageddon fears after Christian and Jewish holy books say it will ‘bring the end of the world’”.

Switching Gears Slightly

Yahweh gave the United States Donald Trump as president to turn this country back to Him and to protect Israel in the difficult days ahead.  Those days a just around the corner.

Democrats and Never-Trumpers in the Republican Party have done everything they can do to subvert everything that President Trump is doing.  Thanks to Yahweh, they have not been able to prevent him from accomplishing seemingly impossible things.

The 2018 midterm elections will be a referendum on Donald Trump.  If we reject him and what he is trying to do, we will be rejecting Yahweh, and there will be consequences.

What people think about President Trump doesn’t matter in the slightest to Yahweh.  He is Yahweh’s choice.  It’s as simple as that.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
