Illegal Aliens and Ports of Entry: Democrats are Throwing another Boomerang
A few days ago, Seymour Hersh, a well-known “liberal progressive” journalist, told NPR that focusing on the Trump administration “policy” of separating children of illegal aliens from their parents after they cross our border illegally is the only way to stop the president. Since Hersh gave the go order, establishment politicians and the establishment media have focused almost exclusively on that issue. See “How the Drive-Bys Peddle Fake Outrage”.
I put quotation marks around the word “policy” in the paragraph above because it’s not Trump administration policy. It’s the law. The Trump administration is simply enforcing the law.
Following Hersh’s marching orders, Nancy Pelosi called for “uprisings all over the country”. She sees the current “crisis” as another Parkland school shooting media event that can be used to improve the odds of electing Democrats to the House and Senate in 2018 and to help Democrats recapture the White House in 2020. She and others like her refuse to even acknowledge the facts of the case. They are promoting propaganda for political gain. To them, right and wrong and the law are irrelevant.
Former First Lady Laura Bush finally decided to end her self-imposed, conspicuous silence and enter the fray. See “Laura Bush pens scathing column on child separation as part of immigration policy”.
Below is the comment I made on Facebook about Laura’s decision:
Laura, where were you between 2008 and 2016 while Barack Obama was running our country into the ground?
Why are you speaking out now?
Don’t you know that people who violate the law and are incarcerated are separated from their children?
What are you trying to accomplish?
Since you remained silent for 8 long years while Barack Obama flouted the law and did his best to turn our country into a cesspool, I suggest that you remain silent now while President Trump tries to turn our country in the right direction.
Have you no shame? Can you not see how hypocritical you look?
I know you wanted Jeb to be president, but Jeb isn’t president and he’s not likely to be president. That doesn’t give you the authority to play the fool.
Sometimes I wonder if you are what you say you are. I’m not the Judge, but He knows for sure.
I loved a post that I saw on Facebook. It said,
“Democrats have been promoting abortion for 50 years. Now they want to lecture us about ripping children from their mothers’ arms.”
“Liberal progressive” Democrats rally to support a woman’s “right” to commit murder by cutting her innocent unborn children into tiny pieces, sucking them out of her womb, and selling the body parts. They also rally to support not enforcing our laws pertaining to illegal aliens. Why? They say that it’s to protect children.
Their depravity is obvious. It knows no bounds.
Yesterday, Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen met with White House reporters to explain the facts about our illegal alien “crisis” and answer questions. Her comments and her answers to reporters’ questions are below:
The Facts
Below are the facts:
- The U.S. has designated ports of entry.
- Anyone wishing to seek asylum in the U.S. must go to those designated ports of entry to obtain asylum.
- That’s the law that was passed by Congress.
- Anyone crossing our border at other locations is breaking the law. They are arrested because they are criminals, and the children accompanying them are taken away if they can’t prove a familial relationship.
- That’s the law that was passed by Congress.
- To date, about 2,000 of the 12,000 so-called “asylum seekers” who have had children with them have had the children taken away.
- Some adults accompanying children who were taken away have been found to be MS 13 gang members. Others simply brought unrelated children with them to increase their chances of entering the U.S. illegally.
- Congress can change the law.
- To date, Congress has refused to change the law.
- Rather than change the law, establishment politicians, Democrats and Republicans, are playing political games with the illegal alien “crisis” in hopes of derailing the Trump presidency.
- It’s a media stunt.
- I call the illegal aliens’ strategy “The Hamas Strategy”. They put their children out front to take the hit hoping to win sympathy from ignorant fools. With ignorant, “liberal progressive” Democrats and their followers, it works. That’s a factual statement, not a political statement.
The Boomerang
Thanks to the media circus, anyone who pays attention to the goings-on in our country can’t help but know something about our illegal alien problem. Ordinary Americans are being inundated with information. They are hearing facts and propaganda. They are being forced to form their opinions based on the merits of the case.
We are the jury. We get to decide what’s right and wrong. The onus is on us to do the right thing.
I’m reminded of Abraham Lincoln’s famous quote:
“You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”
Through trickery, the majority of Americans have been fooled by our political leaders for decades. We have allowed our political leaders to get away with murder, and we didn’t know enough about the issues to know where the blame lies.
That’s changing. Thanks to the media circus created by establishment politicians and the establishment media around the illegal alien “crisis”, ordinary Americans are becoming informed. They are learning who is lying and who is telling the truth.
As Abraham Lincoln said, “You cannot fool all the people all the time.” That’s a lesson establishment politicians and the establishment media will learn in due course when the boomerang they threw returns and hits them squarely in the face.
Donald Trump is Yahweh’s Man to Lead our Nation at a Time Like This
Yahweh works in mysterious ways. President Trump has lots of critics. Because they control the media, they have been very vocal. Despite their best efforts to stop him, the president has been succeeding on a grand scale at home and abroad. Everything he touches turns into gold.
The president’s critics are dazed and confused. They don’t know what to do. Every time they hatch a new scheme, it ends up making them look like fools, but they keep trying anyway. After each evil ploy, they wind up with more excrement on their faces.
In the process, the president’s critics are exposing their own hypocrisy. The American people are watching. For the first time in most of their lives, they are beginning to understand that they have been lied to all along. The effect will be to enable President Trump to turn our nation in the right direction—the direction that leads to Yahweh.
When the president took office, he wasn’t a true believer. At this point, he is. He’s beginning to understand that we have One Elohim, and that Yahweh is on his side.
We need to continue praying for the president. We are part of Yahweh’s plan. Each one of us has a role to play.
