Islamists are the Only Real Muslims

An article in the Washington Post titled “Saudi Arabia’s execution of cleric ignites fury in Iran” provides glimpses into the real Muslim mind:

BEIRUT — Iran’s Supreme Leader warned on Sunday that there would be divine retribution for Saudi Arabia’s rulers after the execution of a renowned Shiite cleric, sustaining the soaring regional tensions that erupted in the wake of the killing.

The warning came hours after crowds of protesters stormed and torched the Saudi embassy in Tehran to vent their anger at the execution of Nimr Baqr al-Nimr, who was among 47 people put to death in the kingdom on Saturday.

In a posting on his website, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned that the execution “will cause serious troubles for the politicians of this (Saudi) regime in a very short time….The hands of divine vengeance will surely snatch — by their necks — those cruel individuals who took his life.”

The execution of Nimr, an outspoken critic of the Saudi royal family, has ignited sectarian tensions across the already inflamed region and jeopardized U.S. diplomacy aimed at tamping down conflicts in the Middle East.

Most of the people in the world today who call themselves Muslims aren’t real Muslims.  They were born in predominantly Muslim countries and were raised in “Muslim” families.  Few of them know what the Quran teaches and those who do know what’s in the Quran don’t live by its precepts.  They are nominal Muslims or Muslims in name only.  They are what many Westerners refer to as “ordinary peaceful Muslims”.

They are peaceful because they aren’t real Muslims.

In the article’s first paragraph, we are told that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, called for “divine retribution for Saudi Arabia’s rulers” following the execution of Nimr Baqr al-Nimr, a well-known radical Shi’ite cleric living in the oil-rich sheikdom.  Khamenei warned that al-Nimr’s death will sustain “the soaring regional tensions”.

Khamenei is a real Muslim.  He was implying that the “soaring regional tensions” are relatively new.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The Sunni-Shia divide is almost as old as Islam itself.

Saudi Arabia is Sunni.  Iran is Shi’ite/Shia.  Tension between the two groups began immediately after Muhammad’s death on June 8, 632 “in a dispute…over who should lead the Muslim community”.  It has been raging ever since.

Nimr Baqr al-Nimr’s execution is just one of millions of Muslim deaths over the centuries that have perpetuated the blood feud between Shia and Sunni Muslims.  In common language, “divine retribution” simply means that there will be payback.  It’s the kind of thing that real Muslims say whenever someone insults them or causes them to lose face.

There are many versions/denominations of Islam.  Sunni and Shia are two of them, arguably the two most important ones.  All of them have something in common: they believe that adherents to the other versions of Islam are worse than infidels.  True adherents to Islam of all denominations regard “ordinary peaceful Muslims” as the worst of all, even worse than infidels, because they have called themselves Muslims despite the fact that it is obvious they are not.

I said “obvious”, but that’s misleading.  It’s obvious to real Muslims, but it’s not obvious to non-Muslims or Muslims who simply go through the motions.

Be that as it may, what we are witnessing is the thing that has kept real Muslims in the Dark Ages up to now.  They can’t resist the temptation to kill anyone who believes differently than they do.

It’s impossible to build and sustain civilization when your first priorities are to kill, steal, and destroy.

Today, it’s politically correct to say that Israel is responsible for the tensions in the Middle East and that dividing the Promised Land will solve the problem.  I hope my brief explanation has laid that lie to rest.  Israel didn’t cause the problems, and even if Israel didn’t exist, the problems would persist.

It may interest you to know that during the Golden Age of Islam in the 1400s, Jews were the only people allowed to cross tribal borders freely because Muslims didn’t trust each other.  Jews became diplomats between tribes and merchants and traders of goods.  Jews also became the scientists and doctors on which Muslim rulers relied.  Moses Maimonides, Rambam, was the most famous of them all.

I hope this short history lesson helps, and I apologize for the brevity.  I’ve touched the high points.  If you want more details, you can search them out on your own.

This is the bottom line: we hear a lot of talk about Islam, but virtually all of it is pure garbage.  Interestingly, we do hear the truth from real Muslims.  They have made their intentions astonishingly clear.

Keep that in mind the next time you hear Obama, one of his sycophants, or another idiot tell us that Islam is a peaceful religion and that Islamists aren’t real Muslims.

Islamists are the only real Muslims.

Now, see “Iran: 40 arrested for attack on Saudi embassy”.  This is what I call grandstanding.  It’s pretending to be anything besides what you are.

Keep in mind that the U.S. embassy in Tehran was overrun by Islamists in 1979; hostages were taken; and they were held until the day Ronald Reagan was elected president.

Khamenei is playing to the press.  It won’t wash with people who are familiar with the facts.

Iranian’s leaders feared Reagan.  They knew that Carter was full of something that doesn’t smell good.

Iranian’s leaders today fear Cruz and Trump.  Hillary is like Carter and Obama.  Iran’s leaders regard all three of them as bullshitters, which is exactly what they are.

Yahoo FinanceRecord Federal Reserve auction suggests more problems for credit, mutual funds in 2016: Something big is happening in the money markets–and it could be a harbinger of further hemorrhaging in the credit markets. It could also indicate there are more problems lingering beneath the surface of the mutual fund industry. Three curious events at year-end First, on December 31, 2015, the Fed sold an unprecedented $475 billion in Treasury securities to banks, brokers and funds through its reverse repo facility. This was the highest amount sold through the facility and was 40% greater than the prior high 18 months ago.

SnyderTalk Comment: This is an effort by the Fed to extract some of the trillions of dollars in QE that they foist upon the credit markets following the Great Recession.  It will mean tighter credit restrictions and could be a hamper on consumer discretionary spending.  There is no doubt that it will impact auto loans, home loans, and other big ticket items.

That’s not a bad thing.  It has to be done.  If it isn’t done, inflation will soar and excess consumer borrowing will occur.

Some argue that a bubble has formed in the auto loan space already.  Judging by the size of the late-December sale of Treasury securities, I think the Fed has that concern.

Israel HayomPM condemns Tel Aviv attack: Incomprehensible brutality: Police still hunting for terrorist who killed two Israelis, wounded seven at Tel Aviv bar, believed to be Israeli-Arab Nashat Milhem.  Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: You can’t be Israeli when it comes to rights and Palestinian when it comes to duties.

SnyderTalk Comment: See “Analysis: Tel Aviv shooting more similar to ISIS copycat attacks than terror wave in Israel” and “Israeli security forces scour Tel Aviv for shooting suspect”.

The Tel Aviv attack was an Islamist attack.  Lone wolf, maybe, but Islamist for sure.

This is the reality in the region,” he says.  Meanwhile, Erdogan’s office backtracks after he cites Hitler’s Germany as ideal presidential system.

SnyderTalk Comment: Erdogan can’t be trusted. He’s Islamist to the core.

Trump is calling for a total and complete shut down of Muslims entering the united states until our country’s representative can figure out what the f*** is going on,” he summarized the video’s pitch to Muslims in the U.S. “And then the video goes on and says the West will eventually turn against its Muslim citizens,” Dickerson said. “It’s saying to Muslims, ‘You either join jihad or you leave the United States because of what Mr. Trump is proposing.'”

Business InsiderTRUMP: ‘Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama’: The Republican presidential front-runner pointed to Iranian protesters ransacking the Saudi Embassy in Tehran earlier in the day, after Saudi Arabia executed a prominent Shiite cleric. “One thing I see out there just happened today in Tehran,” Trump said. “They’re burning down the Saudi Embassy, you see that? Now, what that is is Iran wants to take over Saudi Arabia. They always have. They want the oil, OK? They’ve always wanted that.”

Breaking Israel NewsHamas: We Will Renew Suicide Attacks in Israel: Hamas sleeper cells in Judea and Samaria have been ordered to start preparing to carry out suicide bombings in Israel, a Hamas official was quoted as saying in Lebanon’s Al-Akhbar newspaper on Thursday. 14--Blessings from Revelation 2

Blessings in the Book of Revelation is a book that you need to read, especially now.  There are blessings throughout the Scriptures but Revelation is the only book in the Bible actually containing a specific blessing for reading it. It’s repeated twice, once at the beginning and again at the end. This is the reason that I believe Revelation should be the first step toward studying biblical prophecy. Though not easy to do, Revelation can be broken down and understood by anyone, not just the academic elite. So, Revelation’s blessings are for everyone.  Click here to order the eBook.  Click here to order the paperback.
