Jewish People Had Better Beware

See “ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ DECLINES AUSCHWITZ VISIT WITH HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR”:

“So I’m going to have to decline your invite. But thank you for revealing to all how transparently the far-right manipulates these moments for political gain,” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweeted.

AOC is a Gift that Keeps on Giving

I wonder if AOC has any common sense, even a smidgen. The things she says without any factual support amaze me, and then when people call her out on it, she responds like a 12-year-old girl.

She is making a lot of people angry. That’s fine with me. She’s a Democrat. She’s willing to say things publicly that most Democrats believe but won’t say in small groups, if they have any common sense.

Democrats desperately need an attitude adjustment. 2016 didn’t teach them anything.

What about Jewish People?

This amazes me, too.  Jewish people in large numbers continue to support Democrats. I want to ask them, “What are you thinking?”

If you are Jewish and you are reading this, please don’t tell me that you held your nose while you voted for a Democrat. I don’t want to tell you what I think when I hear that. It’s a pithy soundbite, regurgitated “liberal progressive” drivel.

For Jewish people, voting for Democrats is dangerous. No one should have to be told how idiotic that is, but obviously a lot of Jewish people need to hear it.

I wish hearing it would solve the problem, but for many Jewish people, hearing isn’t enough. I’m thinking about Jewish people in Germany as Hitler was coming to power. Many of them stayed put, because they thought he was just trying to win popular support with his incendiary rhetoric.

The rest is history.  It’s a part of history that Jewish people in particular know a lot about.  They know history, but are they determined to repeat it?

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
