Somebody did Something Again
See “Who’s Zahran Hashim, Alleged Mastermind of One of the Sri Lanka Attacks?”.
In Sri Lanka, Islam is a minority religion. Fewer than 10% of Sri Lankans are Muslims.
A small minority can do a lot of damage.
The Sri Lankan government censored social media following the simultaneous bombings that killed about 300 people and injured hundreds more. Government officials fear a backlash.
There will be a backlash.
Islamists are attacking decent people in every country in the world. Governments around the globe are failing us. They are falling into line behind the “Islam is a peaceful religion” mantra despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Government officials think they can control the situation. They are wrong. They situation is rapidly spiraling out of control.
The Sri Lankan government says that it is trying to control “misinformation”. Hogwash. It’s trying to control the narrative.
It won’t work. Most people aren’t stupid. Governments can’t control the narrative.
European governments are doing the same thing. It won’t work. Most Europeans aren’t stupid.
A backlash is brewing Europe. Many European countries are on the verge of civil war.
The U.S. isn’t far behind Europe. Islamists already control the Democrat Party lock, stock, and barrel. That’s why it’s in decline.
The Democrat Party has traded its soul to champion all sorts of perversions. Islamism is one of them. Ordinary Americans have had enough.
Democrat Representative Ilhan Omar is an Islamist plant from Somalia. She got rave reviews from her Democrat colleagues in the House and Senate for mocking decent Americans by saying that they blamed Muslims in general for the 9/11 attack. Her infamous “some people did something” line was shockingly offensive. Even so, her Democrat comrades rushed to her defense.
Well, somebody did something again.
Omar made her remark in a speech before a CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) audience. CAIR raises money in the U.S. to support Islamist terrorists. People who think the way they do are the ones who planned and implemented the attacks in Sri Lanka.
There will be a backlash in the U.S. as well. It’s starting to happen already.
The inevitable backlashes will be the result of governments failing to do their jobs and telling lies to their constituents. You can’t urinate on people, tell them that it’s raining, and expect them to believe you. Most people aren’t that stupid.
Only fools will buy that line. Most people aren’t fools.
It’s probably true that only about 15% of Muslims are Islamists, but that 15% defines Islam. The 85% of Muslims who are not Islamists are essentially irrelevant.
Islamists threaten predominantly Muslim countries, too. Turkey is a perfect example.
Ordinary Muslims in Turkey, the 85%, have watched their country abandon the reforms that were put in place by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk following World War I. The 15% led by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan have taken control. Reversing course in Turkey now will be very difficult.
Iran is an Islamist country. The 15% have complete political control. Iran funds terrorist activities everywhere, including Europe, South America, Central America, Canada, and the United States.
Iranian leaders are trying to establish hegemony in the Middle East. Thanks to President Trump, Iran won’t succeed. If it were left up to European leaders, Iran would succeed.
Ordinary people all over the world are waking up, but most global leaders are asleep at the switch. Vigilante justice is taking hold. We are about to experience a global phenomenon the likes of which we have never seen.
It’s Islam v. everybody else.
Fasten your seatbelt. It’s going to be a bumpy ride. It’s too late to play footsie with Islamists. Nuance isn’t in their vocabulary.
