They Conspire in Vain
When Donald Trump won the GOP nomination for president, every establishment politician knew he couldn’t win. His candidacy was a joke. The establishment media told us that every day.
Then, he won.
The Hillary campaign tried to sabotage the Trump campaign by hiring Christopher Steele to dig up dirt on Donald Trump. Steele is a former British intelligence officer. He worked with the Secret Intelligence Service MI6 from 1987 until 2009. At MI6, he ran the Russia desk. Naturally, he looked for Russian dirt.
Steele’s dossier was pure garbage. No one in the media bought it, so the Hillary campaign pimped it to the FBI. FBI Director James Comey bought it. The dossier eventually became the justification for appointing Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate supposed “Russia collusion” by Team Trump.
About two years and about $40 million later, Mueller’s report exonerated the president and his team. The special counsel said that no one associated with the Trump campaign did anything resembling collusion.
It was an attempted coup d’état. That’s treason. Trump is a street fighter, and he fought back. Democrats expected him to resign, but he didn’t.
For defending himself against bogus charges that were ginned up to bring down his presidency in the early days of his administration, Mueller created a fog in his report around obstruction of justice charges. Attorney General William Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein looked at the report and the evidence and concluded that there was no obstruction of justice.
That didn’t stop the Never-Trumper Democrats who plotted the coup or supported it. They rejected the Mueller report and AG Barr’s assessment of the facts. They decided to go full tilt with their own investigations to prove that there was Russia collusion and obstruction of justice despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
Since they have no evidence against President Trump, they are trying to shape the narrative and sow seeds of doubt about him. The Democrat rallying cry is “Impeach Trump”. The morons who support them can remember a two word mantra.
Promises Made, Promises Kept
Despite the deck being stacked against him from the get-go by the plotters, President Trump accomplished more in 2 years than Barack Obama accomplished in 8 years. The president is still working hard for the American people and shocking establishment politicians in the process. Democrats tried to block the president each step of the way, but they failed miserably.
How can that be?
President Trump has a Friend in a High Place
Donald Trump is Yahweh’s man for a time like this. The president’s political enemies don’t know it, but they are fighting against Yahweh. It’s a war that they can’t win.
This whole thing reminds me of Psalm 2:
1 Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?
2 The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against Yahweh and against His Anointed, saying,
3 “Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!”
4 He who sits in the heavens laughs, Yahweh scoffs at them.
5 Then He will speak to them in His anger and terrify them in His fury, saying,
6 “But as for Me, I have installed My King upon Zion, My holy mountain.”
7 “I will surely tell of the decree of Yahweh: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”
10 Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning, O judges of the earth.
11 Worship Yahweh with reverence and rejoice with trembling.
12 Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!
Yahweh will Win
No one should want to be Yahweh’s enemy. Anyone fighting against Him will lose and suffer in ways that can barely be imagined.
Democrats remind me of the Pharaoh at the time of the Exodus. He said, “I don’t know Yahweh.”
That was Pharaoh’s problem. It’s the Democrats’ problem, too. They are depraved and immoral. Democrats are their own gods.
