The Psalms are Prophetic
The psalms are prophetic. Parts of Psalm 2 are playing out right now:
Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing?
The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against Yahweh and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!”
He who sits in the heavens laughs, Yahweh scoffs at them.
Then He will speak to them in His anger and terrify them in His fury, saying, “But as for Me, I have installed My King upon Zion, My holy mountain. I will surely tell of the decree of Yahweh: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’”
Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning, O judges of the earth. Worship Yahweh with reverence and rejoice with trembling.
Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him! (Psalm 2: 1-12)
Does Yahweh have a Son? Yes. He said He does.
Yahweh told Jeremiah the Son’s Name:
“Behold, the days are coming,” declares Yahweh, “when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch; and He will reign as king and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land. In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely; and this is His Name by which He will be called, ‘Yahweh our righteousness.’” (Jeremiah 23: 5-6)
King Solomon was a prophet, too. He talked a lot about the Son. This is an example:
Who has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His Name or His Son’s Name? Surely you know! (Proverbs 30: 4)
Solomon wasn’t talking about Moses. He was talking about Yahweh’s Son, and he asks if you know His Name. Actually, he doesn’t ask if you know the Son’s Name. He implies that you should know it.
The Son’s Name is Yahweh.
The nations are in an uproar because Yahweh is moving mightily at this moment. They may not realize it, but they are fighting against Him and His Anointed, the Messiah. The battle rages on, and Yahweh will win.
Taking sides against Yahweh is the dumbest thing a person can do. I don’t care whether you are a Jew or a Gentile. It’s stupid. When He unleashes His furious wrath, those who oppose Him will be utterly and completely annihilated.
The Bottom Line
It’s not about Jerusalem, Israel, or Jewish people. It’s about Yahweh and His Anointed. Pawns in the battle can’t see it and don’t understand it.
This battle is as old as time itself. Genesis 1: 1 sets the stage. It tells us that Yahweh created time, space, and matter in an instant. That was the start of the battle. Like all battles, this one will come to and end. When it does, there will be hell to pay.

The remaining 14 Security Council members voted in favour of the Egyptian-drafted resolution, which did not specifically mention the United States or Trump but which expressed “deep regret at recent decisions concerning the status of Jerusalem.”
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what the vote in the U.N. General Assembly will be. The world is shaking its fist at Yahweh. He won’t shake His fist back at them. All He needs to do is say the word, and eventually, He will say the word.
