“Yahweh has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.” (Psalm 103: 19)

Fake News Front-and-Center

Take a look at the headlines below:

These articles present what is alleged to be factual information, but it isn’t factual.  It’s speculation.  Speculation is not a problem in the intelligence game, but we need to know exactly what we are dealing with, facts or speculation.

I used to have a top secret security clearance because I consulted with the DOD, the FBI, and the DEA.  Intelligence comes in many forms.  Some of it is rock solid.  For example, we knew for a fact that Islamist forces were planning to attack the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, and we knew that the attack would most likely occur on the anniversary of 9/11.  Our sources were rock solid.

That’s not the case most of the time.  The vast majority of intelligence data comes to us in dribs and drabs.  It’s like a jigsaw puzzle.  We have to figure out how to make sense of it.  Even when we think we know what the data tells us, there is a chance that we are wrong.  Thus, we attach probability estimates to our conclusions.  Our most informed people get together and come up with a consensus estimate, and that’s what we report to officials in the chain of command.

The articles listed above are grossly inaccurate.  We don’t know that Vladimir Putin gave the go-head for a cyber attack on the U.S. during the election process.  He may have, but it’s not certain.  In a nutshell, the articles above are fake news.

This is what we know.  It’s rock solid:

  • The Democrat Party wanted Hillary Clinton to be the Democrat nominee, and they rigged the Democrat primary process for her.
  • The Democrat Party working together with their accomplices in the mainstream media attempted to rig the debates with Donald Trump for Hillary.
  • Hillary broke the law when she set up insecure private servers in her home and used them to transmit highly-sensitive, classified intelligence information.
  • Hillary lied to Congress and the FBI about what she had done.

We know more, but the list above is sufficient to make my point.  The things we know and the things about which Democrats and their accomplices in the mainstream media are so upset have to do with corruption in the Democrat Party and willful lawbreaking by the Democrat nominee for president.  Those things helped to defeat Hillary in November. That’s not fake news.  Those are facts.

We also know that the information about the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton came from WikiLeaks, and we know that the primary source for that information was John Podesta’s computer system.  Podesta ran Hillary’s campaign.  Those are facts, not fake news.

Now, consider this question: why is the mainstream media more concerned about speculation concerning how we obtained information than it is about the fact we know that Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party are corrupt and that Hillary broke the law?

The answer should be obvious.  Democrat accomplices in the mainstream media turn a blind eye to Democrat wrongdoing because they are Democrats and they want to undermine the Trump election in the eyes of ordinary citizens who are by-and-large grossly uninformed.

Mainstream media shills for the Democrat Party want the voting public to take their eyes off the ball.  It’s as simple as that.  They are using fake news to help bring about that result.

This isn’t the end of their malicious activity.  It’s just the beginning.  Get ready because when Donald Trump takes office, they will ramp up their efforts.

I like the way Sir Winston Churchill explained it in 1942:

“Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.”

I’ve said this before, and I will repeat it again because it’s important.  We are in a political war in the U.S.  It’s good v. evil.  The 2016 presidential election was just a battle in the war.

Donald Trump needs our prayers.  His job won’t be easy because he threatens to chip away at what Democrats think they have achieved.

Will Trump succeed?  The answer is yes, but he needs our support.

“If My people who are called by My Name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7: 14)

Change that Yahweh calls “good” begins in the hearts of believers—people who are recognizable because they are different.

We are different because we belong to Him and are called by His Name.  We are Yahweh’s people, His followers.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
