Ben-Dror Yemini—The apartheid myth:

A Kabbalat Shabbat was supposed to take place at the Chicago LGBTQ conference last Friday, but it was canceled by the organizers, and after being hit with criticism from the Anti-Defamation League, the cancelation was canceled. Except that when the Kabbalat Shabbat began, hundreds of hooligans from the forces of progress barged in. It happened, among other reasons, due to the participation of a representative from the Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance, Sarah Kala-Meir. The cries of “apartheid” were joined with, as always, the leading slogan: “From Jordan to the sea, Palestine will be free.”

The useful idiots, gays and lesbians donning keffiyehs, have never seemed more pathetic. After all, each and every one of them would have been thrown off a tall building, like a bag of potatoes, in nearly every single one of Israel’s neighboring countries. But their problem is with Israel.

What causes this madness?

The question is, what the hell is the source of this madness, which comes from the fringes and spreads like a cancer to the middle. To understand that, we need to look at the hooligans’ reasoning. The familiar tune. We have to think back at Haaretz’s front page headline in October of 2012, which declared that “Most Israelis support the apartheid regime in the country.” This wasn’t just any article. It was the main headline on the front page. It made waves in the world in a matter of hours.

SnyderTalk Comment: It really is a myth.  There is no apartheid in Israel.  It’s not even close.

Hell is the source of the madness.  Satan is the provocateur, and he has useful idiot accomplices.

No matter.  Yahweh wins in the end.  He doesn’t make promises that He doesn’t keep.

If you want to pity someone, pity anyone who tries to prevent Yahweh from fulfilling His promises.

I’m going to be blunt and personal here. If you care about your eternal well-being, please do not stand in Yahweh’s path and try to prevent Him from fulfilling His promises.  I can’t describe how tragic that mistake would be.

Below are a couple of songs that I like.  The first one is by Paul Wilbur.  The second one is by Bob Dylan. Both of them are singing about Yahweh’s mighty acts on our behalf.

He is our Savior and Redeemer.  Redeem means to pay the price.  That’s what He did when He was beaten and crucified.

As Isaiah said, “But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His scourging we are healed.” (Isaiah 53: 5)

HalleluYah!

His Name is Yahweh, the website, is a companion of the book His Name is Yahweh.  Both of them explain the importance of God’s Name.

The website is loaded with factual information that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Yahweh is our Savior and that the Messiah is Yahweh.

I hope you will take a few minutes and explore the website.  I also hope you will share it with your friends and family.

It’s time for believers to tell the world about our God by His Name—Yahweh.

Times of IsraelFrance: We will recognize Palestinian state if talks deadlock persists: France warned Friday that it will recognize a Palestinian state if its imminent efforts to end the deadlock in peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians end without result.

SnyderTalk Comment: I wonder why France didn’t say that all contributions to “Palestinian” causes will end if the talks deadlock persists?

Actually, I know the answer.

See “Israel rejects French ultimatum: ‘This isn’t how one makes peace’” and “Abbas welcomes French statehood plan: ‘We will no longer accept occupation’”.

This is so simple.  What’s the problem?

I know the answer to that question, too.

Robert Spencer—Syrian refugees admitted into US since Paris jihad murders in November: 525 Muslims, 1 Christian: Relax, kaffir. What could possibly go wrong? Barack Obama and John Kerry have magic powers that shelter them from the consequences of their actions. They need not be concerned about the fact that last February, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. And the Lebanese Education Minister recently said that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. Meanwhile, 80% of migrants who have recently come to Europe claiming to be fleeing the war in Syria aren’t really from Syria at all.

SpeisaMasked men are attacking Moroccan gangs in Stockholm: One did not have to be Nostradamus to see this coming. And most likely it will just escalate going forward. It is unfortunately an inevitable development caused by naive politicians. A larger brawl broke out between masked vigilante groups and Moroccan gangs, who for some time have been accused of committing robberies and sexual offenses in central Stockholm, writes Fria Tider.

SnyderTalk Comment: I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Excusez-moi.  I did say it myself, many times.  It’s not going to be limited to Europe.

What’s with these politicians?  They must be out of their minds.

Obama must know it’s coming.  See “AG Lynch: We Want $80 Million For Obama’s Gun-Control Plan”.

And the subcommittee chairman said, “This subcommittee will have no part in undermining the Constitution and the rights that it protects.”

The backlash is going to be newsworthy.

Washington PostTurkey warns Russia after a new airspace violation: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned Moscow on Saturday that it would be forced to “endure the consequences” if its jets continue to violate the Turkish airspace, after Ankara reported a new border infringement incident.

SnyderTalk Comment: Erdogan is playing with fire.  One day he is going to get Turkey into a lot of trouble.

If it were not for Turkey’s membership in NATO, he would be singing a different tune.  NATO should not bail him out.  By NATO, I mean the U.S.

Will we be there for him?  He’s been playing both ends from the middle for more than a decade.  I hope not.

I have a strong hunch that the next president will have a different take on Erdogan.

Philly.comU.S. warship sails near island claimed by China in South China Sea: A U.S. Navy destroyer sailed within 12 nautical miles of an island claimed by China and two other states in the South China Sea on Saturday to counter efforts to limit freedom of navigation, the Pentagon said. China claims most of the South China Sea, through which more than $5 trillion of world trade is shipped every year. Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines and Taiwan have rival claims.

CBS NewsHillary Clinton in damage control over latest email revelation—Hillary Clinton is in damage control over new information about the private email server she used as secretary of state, reports CBS News correspondent Julianna Goldman. The State Department released a new batch of the emails, saying that 22 of them contain top secret information, but that they were not labeled “classified” when they were sent. Those messages were spread over seven email chains totaling 37 pages.

SnyderTalk Comment: Democrats may snub Hillary again.

Young women today don’t have the same attitude toward Bill and Hillary as women did back in the Clinton’s glory days.

Today’s young women see Bill as a shameless philanderer and Hillary as a pathetic enabling wife at best.

The email revelations threaten to sink her ship.  If she’s not indicted, I hear that many in the FBI will walk or something equally dramatic.

Question: What did General Patraeus do that got him into so much trouble?

Also, see “Hillary Clinton’s email defense just hit a major bump in the road”.

The GuardianItalians protest against civil unions for same-sex couples: Tens of thousands of people have gathered in Rome to protest against legislation that would allow civil unions for same-sex couples in Italy. It is the only major western nation yet to grant gay couples the power to make a legal commitment or adopt children.

Jerusalem PostItalian professors demand boycott of Israel’s ‘pro-occupation’ Technion: Haifa-based university “provid[es] undeniable support to the military occupation and colonization of Palestine,” the petition reads.

Judith Bergman—European Governments Ignoring Security Warnings?: The head of the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), Benedicte Bjørnland, was recently a participating guest at a security conference in Sweden, where she warned against further Muslim immigration. One cannot,” she said, “assume that new arrivals will automatically adapt to the norms and rules of Norwegian society. Furthermore, new arrivals are not homogenous and can bring ethnic and religious strife with them… If parallel societies, radicalization and extremist environments emerge in the long run,” she added, “We will have challenges as a security service.”

Jerusalem PostIsraeli minister grants unprecedented interview to Saudi news site: In a sign of warming, albeit unofficial, ties between the Jewish state and the House of Saud, Ze’ev Elkin, the minister of immigrant absorption, told the Elaph Arab-language web site on Friday that Israelcontinues to maintain the status quo at the Islamic holy places in Jerusalem.

Middle East EyeNeo-Nazis blamed for refugee attacks in Sweden’s Stockholm: Dozens of masked men believed to belong to neo-Nazi gangs carried out a number of assaults on migrants in Stockholm overnight amid rising tension over immigration, Swedish police said Saturday.

Your Middle East“Iran’s geography makes it a far more important link than Saudi Arabia in China’s Silk Road plan”: Banner Icon High politics President Xi Jinping’s visit to the Middle East, the first by a Chinese leader in seven years, saw the signing of billions of dollars worth of agreements with Saudi Arabia and Egypt and a ten-fold expansion of trade with Iran.

BBCLebanon returns Israeli vulture cleared of spying: A huge vulture detained in Lebanon on suspicion of spying for Israel has been returned home after UN peacekeepers intervened, Israeli officials said.

Toronto SunCanada steps away from Israel: This week marked the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, one of the largest Nazi death camps of the Second World War. Six million Jews were killed during the Holocaust, many inside gas chambers at these death camps. On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, January 27th, people around the world commemorate the horror inflicted on the Jews of Europe. It therefore seemed like an odd week for world leaders to condemn the world’s only Jewish state, Israel. After all, Jews were given sovereignty and statehood in Israel in order to ensure the Holocaust is never repeated.

SnyderTalk Comment: Satan is a wily character.

There is a great line in The Usual Suspects: “Satan’s greatest trick was convincing the world that he doesn’t exist.”

That, my friends, is a large part of the problem.

Haaretz‘Syrians Think the Worst of Israel. Until They Receive Israeli Medical Care’: The last time I came to Israel, it was the middle of the night. I went upstairs, got into pajamas, and in the morning I went down and asked Mom what there was to eat.

Press TVHamas ready to counter Israel aggression: Haniyeh: Top Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh has announced the Palestinian resistance movement’s readiness to repel any fresh act of aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip by the Israeli regime.

SnyderTalk Comment: Hamas leaders, every single one of them, are crooks.  They are getting filthy rich playing to ignorant fools the world over.

I wish Israel had eliminated Hamas during their last war/operation. They could have but didn’t because they didn’t know who would take Hamas’ place.

I know who will take the place of Hamas in Gaza and Fatah in the West Bank: ISIS.  Occupation may be the best solution after all.

Still, I don’t like that word.  How can you “occupy” something that belongs to you.

14--Blessings from Revelation 2

Blessings in the Book of Revelation is a book that you need to read, especially now.  There are blessings throughout the Scriptures but Revelation is the only book in the Bible actually containing a specific blessing for reading it. It’s repeated twice, once at the beginning and again at the end. This is the reason that I believe Revelation should be the first step toward studying biblical prophecy. Though not easy to do, Revelation can be broken down and understood by anyone, not just the academic elite. So, Revelation’s blessings are for everyone.  Click here to order the eBook.  Click here to order the paperback.

“The glory which You have given Me I have given to them, that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected in unity, so that the world may know that You sent Me, and loved them, even as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.” (John 17: 22-24)
