Caroline Glick—Obamacare victims and Israel:

US President Barack Obama views lies as legitimate political tools. He uses lies strategically to accomplish through mendacity what he could never achieve through honest means.

Obama lies in both domestic and foreign policy.

On the domestic front, despite Obama’s repeated promises that Obamacare would not threaten anyone’s existing health insurance policies, over the past two weeks, millions Americans have received notices from their health insurance companies that their policies have been canceled because they don’t abide by Obamacare’s requirements.

The Wall Street Journal’s editorial board explained that Obama’s repetition of this lie was not an oversight. It was a deliberate means of lulling into complacency these Americans who opted to buy their insurance themselves on the open market, in order to stick them with the burden of underwriting Obamacare.

Matthew Vadum: The 93 Million ObamaCare Lies— The Obama administration has known for three years that when the employer mandate is enforced in 2015 up to 93 million Americans will be forced out of their employer-sponsored health insurance plans. This means President Obama has not only been lying to Americans for at least three years, reassuring them that they would be able to keep their current healthcare plans, but that a massive chunk of the nation’s insured will be hurt by his signature healthcare reform that leftist Democrats unethically rammed through Congress in the dead of night.

Raymond Ibrahim: Exposed: Muslim Brotherhood Operatives in the U.S.El Watan, one of Egypt’s most widely circulated and read newspapers, published a report discussing the Muslim Brotherhood’s influence over the United States, especially in the context of inciting pro-Brotherhood policies against Egypt’s popular June 30 Revolution, which resulted in the ousting of Muhammad Morsi and the Brotherhood from power. Titled (in translation), “With Names, Identities, and Roadmap…  El Watan Exposes Brotherhood Cells in America,” it’s written by investigative journalist Ahmed al-Tahiri…

Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA): Report: The 2013 JINSA Generals and Admirals Trip to Israel and Jordan—Major subject areas included in the report are: Middle East Transformation, Iran’s Nuclear Weapons Program, Syria and the Civil War, Egypt and the Sinai, Lebanon and Hezbollah, Jordan, Turkey, Gaza, the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict, and Israel and its Qualitative Military Edge.

Emily Amrousi: Silencing the Right— According to the Israeli Left, every time public criticism surfaces from the Right, the next political murderer begins enacting his evil plans and the writing is on the wall.

Boaz Bismuth: White House down—Ever since his second election win, Obama has been constantly getting into trouble: Egypt’s coup, the red line on Syria, Iran’s charm, Obamacare, the government shutdown, and now the NSA eavesdropping on America’s allies.

Zalman Shoval: This Turkey is cold— We have not yet reached the point of seeing the end of Turkey, according to the Americans, but this could certainly be the direction things are headed. Washington is not alone in asking itself, unhappily, if under the stewardship of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan Turkey has distanced itself from its traditional ties to the West to the point that its 61-year membership in NATO is becoming increasingly meaningless.

Fouad Ajami: The Kurds Get a Second Chance—More than 200,000 Syrian Kurdish refugees have moved into Iraqi Kurdistan – in the Kurdish world view, a passage from one part of their homeland to another. The Kurds disregard the frontiers imposed almost a century ago by Anglo-French power. A new life is stirring in Kurdistan. Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, is a booming city of shopping malls, high-rises and swank hotels. Oil and natural gas have remade the city, as has its political stability, remarkable when set against the mayhem of the rest of Iraq. The Kurdish regional government and almost 5 million people who are officially part of Iraq in reality belong to an independent nation.

Dovid Efune: Singing Hatikvah in Riyadh—Much has been made of late of the recent alignment of Israeli and Saudi Arabian interests and positions vis-à-vis, Iran, Egypt, Syria and other unfolding Middle Eastern dramas. One deeply offensive article published by Iran’s government-backed, oft-farcical English language news outlet, Press TV, even went so far as to suggest that the two countries should merge and become “Saudi Israelia” establishing the state religion as “Zio-Wahabbism.”

Steven Emerson: Hamas is Having it Tough—Newspapers in Israel and Turkey published three separate articles Sunday and Monday on severe economic and political problems facing the Hamas government in Gaza. The three reports all point to the same root causes – a steep reduction in Iranian support after Hamas backed the uprising against Syrian dictator and Iran-ally Bashar al-Assad; and Egypt’s demolition of smuggling tunnels into Gaza after the Muslim Brotherhood-dominated Egyptian government was ousted in July. Hamas, an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood, had been closely aligned with President Mohamed Morsi’s government and hoped his rise would harbor an era of prosperity for Gaza. But, as Avi Issacharoff writes in the Times of Israel, “Almost overnight, Hamas was transformed from being the ally of the biggest Arab state to its enemy.”

Ken Blackwell and Bob Morrison: The Global Impact of the Obamacare Lie— During his visit to Israel last spring, his first as president, Mr. Obama assured the worried Israelis that his administration “had Israel’s back.” President Obama descended to street gang talk to demonstrate his willingness to help our embattled Mideast ally. He then proceeded to arm-twist Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. Mr. Obama pressured Netanyahu to apologize to Turkey’s ruler, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Israel commandos had intercepted a Turkish vessel bound for Gaza. The “peaceful” blockade-runners attacked the Israeli commandos with clubs. The Turks were bringing supplies to the terrorist Hamas group that rules Gaza. The Israeli soldiers responded to these attackers with deadly force, killing nine of the blockade-runners. Israel was condemned in the UN and around the world for this act of self-defense…. Now, the Israelis are closely watching what President Obama is doing domestically with ObamaCare. This week’s firestorm over millions of Americans having their health insurance policies cancelled — a direct result of the health care takeover rammed through Congress in 2010 — is reverberating around the world.

4--Scripture of the Day USE THIS ONE

The scripture below is from the New American Standard Bible, and the hyperlinks associated with each word are from Strong’s Concordance for the New American Standard Bible.

Amos 9: 11-15

“In that day I will raise up the fallen booth of David, and wall up its breaches; I will also raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old; that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by My name,” declares Yahweh who does this. “Behold, days are coming,” declares Yahweh, “When the plowman will overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes him who sows seed; when the mountains will drip sweet wine and all the hills will be dissolved. Also I will restore the captivity of My people Israel, and they will rebuild the ruined cities and live [in them]; they will also plant vineyards and drink their wine, and make gardens and eat their fruit. I will also plant them on their land, and they will not again be rooted out from their land which I have given them,” says Yahweh your God.

14--Blessings from Revelation 2

Blessings in the Book of Revelation is a book that you need to read, especially now.  There are blessings throughout the Scriptures but Revelation is the only book in the Bible actually containing a specific blessing for reading it. It’s repeated twice, once at the beginning and again at the end. This is the reason that I believe Revelation should be the first step toward studying biblical prophecy. Though not easy to do, Revelation can be broken down and understood by anyone, not just the academic elite. So, Revelation’s blessings are for everyone.  Click here to order the eBook.  Click here to order the paperback.
